I must leave a review of this company. Being new to the area it has been such a disappointing endeavor trying to find a plumber. Multiple months of waiting. I have contacted companies, tv ads, friend of friends, and referrals just to be disappointed by not getting callbacks or waiting for a visit that never happened. February 8, 2021, called Katherine (very pleasant/professional) answered at 8ish AM. She set up a 2-hour window visit for that date with a technician named Tommy. She shared what the fee would be per hour and supplies would be additional.

Tommy called before the scheduled window and asked if he could come, which I agreed. He was professional, professionally dressed, personable, quick, explained the problem and shared a resolution if it happened again. He returned the work area back to the same as when he arrived.

I am giving this company the highest rating possible. Professional quality service from the beginning to the very successful completion.

I've been dealing with Economy Plumbing for a few years now and they came out for a service call today. They're always affordable/professional and do great work.

I called on a wednesday and the lady who answered the phone was excellent and scheduled me for monday of the following week. I was happy to get a professional office person who did scheduling vs. a plumber in his truck who did not have a calendar. Later that day they called and said they had some time and could come to my house that same day! I was thrilled! The technicians were courteous, professional and effective. They did not try to up sell me which was delightful. Highly recommend this company!

Second time using your company, and first time was a great experience. Unfortunately, the second time was very disappointing. Needed to troubleshoot water that was getting hot but ran out quickly and did not reheat for a while. Checked thermostat and tested elements to find one thermostat was set at 70 degrees. Adjusted thermostat, said problem was fixed and left. Next day same problem - no change. Asked for a callback with different employees for another set of eyes, but refused my request and sent back same guys. Called several times asking if I could meet sooner than our scheduled time but I said I had commitments and would be there at 11am at our scheduled time. Waited for them to show up, only to be called and told they had come and checked water heater under house when no one was home and that everything looked fine. Then received a bill for $133 service. Extremely disappointed and will not recommend again.

I have called for Tommy of Economy Plumbing a number of times when I have needed plumbing services and he and his helper always do a great job at a reasonable. I will always call them when I need plumbing services. Great experience.

No matter what your plumbing needs may be we’ve used Economy Plumbing since they opened. Prompt, professional, courteous , and knowledgeable. They are truly a family company and they care about the area they serve.

I was very pleased with the services I received from Economy Plumbing. The office staff was very nice when I called and the plumber, Tommy, was very professional, familiar with the issue involving my shower and gave me great advice concerning a new fixture! I was informed about the cost for a plumber to come out and for their services. I appreciate their honesty and will most definitely use Economy Plumbing again!

Economy Plumbing Service did a shower/tub faucet install for my guest and master bathroom. Economy Plumbers
caused a leak and damage to my ceiling. The plumbers came back out and fixed my leak but are refusing to pay for the
repair of my ceiling. The plumbers admitted in front of two witnesses that their mistake caused the damage to my
ceiling. They caused a leak on the hot side cupling by using the wrong size crimper. I also had two additional licensed plumbers come out to check the original installation to make sure the install was done correctly before I close my walls up. Both plumbers indicated that Economy Plumbing did a poor installation job and advised me not to close my walls until a reinstall took place. After several back and forths with Economy Plumbing, they do not feel their work is incorrect. They also insinuated I was trying to take advantage of the company and that I already had damage to my ceiling which I did not. I have two witnesses hearing a plumber from Economy Plumbing admit that their mistake caused the damage. After the insinuations, disrespectful tone of the manager, many unanswered emails and texts and after having two new licensed plumbers tell
me the jobs were done incorrectly, I did not feel comfortable having Economy Plumbers return to my house. I asked for
a reimbursement from the installation due to these reasons of needing to do an reinstall with another company. It took
many phone calls and emails to get someone to discuss this with me. They finally agreed to a reimbursement of the
payment for the install of $838. HOWEVER, they refuse to pay to have my ceilings repaired by a professional. They
claim that I should use the reimbursement to pay for the ceiling. I had to use the the reimbursement for a complete
reinstall which cost twice as much. The total for a total reinstall was $1680.00. I still have to get my ceiling repaired and Economy Plumbing is not responding to my request to assist with the ceiling repairs of the damage caused by their negligent plumbers. I have kept a detailed timeline of events and have many pictures of before and after.
I have texted before and after pictures to Larry at Economy Plumbing. Before pictures of the mess their plumbers did
with the original install and then after pictures of the reinstall by another company. The pictures are night and day
quality even from an untrained eye. I have sent multiple emails with a timeline of events and request to have my ceiling
repaired. No response from the company.
I have been patient and respectful but with no response to my latest emails and text for request of payment for ceiling repair damage, left me with little choice to move forward with filing this complaint. Sadly, I have used this company for 5 years. They have done big jobs and little jobs with no prior issues. I guess when the make a mistake is when you will have issues having them do the right thing.

Would not recommend Economy plumbing. They came out to "fix" our hot water heater. It worked for one day then went out again. Tried calling and kept getting told that "were busy and we will call you back". Never did get a phone call back. Called today and was told that they came out and the door was locked but that was a lie, as I have been home all day! Terrible service!

I do highly recommend Wright choice plumbing! There honest and great to work with.

It's been a couple of weeks now, I wanted to make sure everything was still working okay before I did a review with this company. Tommy and Nathan did an amazing job with the work that I needed done, they were so knowledgeable with the questions that I had asked as for what was going on and why. I highly recommend Economy Plumbing on Dallas avenue. I've experience some shady plumbers before but these guys were amazing!

Economy Plumbing will be my go to for any plumbing issues. Tommy and Nathan were honest, kind and hard working.

I was quoted over $1800 for a job by a larger commercial company, and called Economy for a second opinion. They did the job for less than a quarter of what I was originally quoted.

Will definitely work with this company again. Thanks so much guys!

Beware of using this company please go to their Facebook page to see complete review with pictures. They were supposed to fix a leak that was somewhere between the water meter and the hot water heater in the house maybe 25 feet if that they ran line to the ceiling in a child’s bedroom exposed who does that I had other plumbers come out to look at it and they were baffled. They couldn’t believe it. Again, I called the gentleman and was like this is what they said you should’ve done. I have him on recorded video stating that he’s claustrophobic and yes, it should’ve been done the other way. I also have stating that the estimate that he said worst case scenario it was an easier job, I will post some pictures so you can see. I wish I can post audio. I tried to get them to come fix the job correctly. I sent them a written correspondence and they never responded here. We are almost 3 1/2 months later and I received paperwork stating that they put a mechanics lien on my house. I had to have another contractor come up and fix everything that they destroyed and messed up and do it correctly.

We absolutely love this company! They come out ASAP and fix the problem at a reasonable rate. Tommy is the best! He takes the time to explain the issue and how to fix it.

I have been using Economy Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs for many years. Tommy is very knowledgeable and provides prompt and professional service. I would definitely recommend them.

I have had Economy plumbing out twice now. First time for a new garbage disposal and second to check for leaks on spigot and water heaters. Tommy from Economy was very professional and knowledgeable in what needed to be completed and completed it in timely fashion. I highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs…they will take very good care of you.

Economy plumbing services are really remarkable. Tommy came out to do some work in my kitchen. Friendly honest and hard working. Tommy Brennan and several other plumbers from Economy Plumbing have done extensive work for us since 2020. They always come quickly and do a great job.

Tommy was especially helpful today. We had a leak that had been seeping under the floor tile in our laundry room. When we finally noticed it, we thought it was the hot water heater.

Tommy checked the water heater thoroughly and could not find any leaks. He even went under the house and said everything was dry.

He went the extra mile and, even though he said he couldn’t work on our furnace, he found some moisture at the bottom of it. He opened the panel, found a small leak, and videotaped it for me so I could send it to the HVAC repairman.

It turned out to be a clogged condensation drain. With Tommy’s great research, the HVAC repairman was able to fix it very quickly.

Both my sister and I have used this company for years and highly recommend them.
