Everyone we dealt with were very professional and nice. Due to all the recent snow and ice we had to reschedule our appointment to pump out our septic tank, but the office called us to reschedule and happily worked with our schedule to get it done. The crews that came out were super. They dug it out, pumped it and cleaned up with very little damage to the yard. Great group to work with.

The employees at Transou Septic were very friendly and helpful. I received an estimate of $1,185.00 to repair the septic line at the tank. I had the repairs done today by another company for $350.00 using the same repair methods. I did have to pay Transou Septic the $79.00 service fee for an estimate which was unrealistically high for the required repairs. I also had the tank pumped for $350.00 compared to Transou Septic price of $400.00.

The best experience ever. Shout out to Adam, Josh, Goose and George. A very professional crew. They were so informative and proficient. It was a pleasure meeting them all. Definitely recommend for any plumbing needs.

Kitchen sink full of water dropped completely off brackets. Of course it was a Friday afternoon at 4 pm. No problem with Daniel at Transou’s! He came out and started working on it right away. Had to come back to finish Saturday. What an excellent job he did! Very thorough and professional! I will definitely call again for any work needed.

Called Transou on a recommendation from the people (who are retiring) who had been pumping/servicing this septic tank since it was built 40 years ago. Set up/scheduling was easy. I called the day before to confirm how it would go. Small glitch day off, was told they would call when they were on their way there, but they had the wrong number and so I never got the call.
The service consists of 2 teams, 1 is the Dig Team which was already here when we arrived back from our errands, (which is when we learned they had the wrong number). The Dig team had never seen a homemade tank, and certainly not one so big. My father in law was in the Utility Construction Business and was very capable of designing it and having his workers build it, It has lasted over 40 years.
AFTER the dig team realized the size they dug it out and marked it. An hour later I got a text from the Pump Crew who said they were on their way. When the Pump crew arrived they got right to work, went over everything with me, and said we were good to go. We pump it out every 3 years or so, but it could go much longer, but we like to be cautious.
Overall a great experience after 26 years of the same private company doing it, I am glad our old people gave us this recommend. They sent along photos with the final payment summary, which i have included. Its smart of them to take photos, so show general state of things for both parties. Will repeat.

Wright Choice Plumbing came out to one of our rentals, assessed the situation, made a quote on site, and then came back the following morning to replace the stack and put in a new main. They were fast, professional, and did an excellent job. We will be using them again in the future.

Update: I appreciate the response. There was no expectation of getting the service at no cost, though I will leave that up to you. The only thing I will say in closing is that my mother is almost 88 years old. If it were up to me she would let me handle things like this rather than having people coming to her home without someone else in the family present. I offered to find a plumber and manage this situation for her months ago, but she is very stubborn and does as she pleases. In closing I would just ask that you consider how confusing three options could be to someone that age when all they need is a washer. I appreciate you reaching out, and while unnecessary, I appreciate that you are crediting her back. Don't be surprised if she sends that back to you.

My mother called Wright Choice to simply replace a washer on her bathroom faucet. They were at her home for over two hours and according to her they kept going out to the truck and coming back in with quotes. According to her they wanted to change out a lot of things with the bathroom faucet and pipes, giving her a quote of $600+. All she wanted was to have the washer replaced. It seems to me they saw an old person and tried to take advantage of her. The idea that you would try to pressure a senior citizen into an unnecessary upsell is beyond unacceptable. They tried advised her that it was Wright's policy to replace everything when they replaced a washer, which is interesting since they eventually did replace just the washer. So much for their policy I guess. According to her, one of the men actually apologized and said it wasn't right what they had done to her. I was not there, but I do not appreciate a professional plumber coming into my mother's home and trying to pull this bait and switch routine. She is on a very limited income, and her home is not in the best condition. She is doing as much as she can and the idea of someone coming in and trying to take advantage of her is unacceptable. She said that she got upset and yelled at them, and it sounds to me like they deserved it.

Very fast response! After calling they had someone at the house in less than an hour. He was very knowledgeable and fixed the issue very quickly. Pricing was also very reasonable. I would recommend anyone to use Wright Choice Plumbing for their Plumbing needs.
