Used this company recently to unclog bathroom drain and checked kitchen sink and was charged $140 for 2 man job when it was a 1 man job. When I called to inquire I was told all there trucks are 2 man, so $140 is the fee for them showing up. I was not informed of this flat fee when I called to schedule. I will not be using there services again.

I called several plumbing companies before i asked my neighbor who did her plumbing and she refered me to them. They were prompt. On-time and very courteous only thing is I dont know the cost. I need more work done but I was told that they will send me a bill and I would like to know how much I owe before I add more cost to my bill.

I was charged $198.00 to have several parts replaced in my toliet tank. They sent 2 men for a 15 min. job. I was charged $150.00 for them to do the work. The parts were only around $30.00. They said they charged $150.00 for 2 men. 1 man could have done the job. I could have bought a new toliet from Lowes, had it installed and the old one hauled away for what I paid. I had to ask what was wrong with the toliet and was told that I would be billed. I was billed allright! Next time, I will get a new toliet. It would be cheaper.

Came the same day we called and nice young men that knew their stuff.

Quality Plumbing came recommended by my realtor after 2 failed attempts with 2 other plumbing companies. They spent 2 hours working on our shower issue and solved it! The service team were super nice and kept me informed along the way. Would recommend them if you’re looking for quality work and super friendly people! Was quoted $150 on the phone for the call out and price will be determined based on work performed. So I know I’ll owe at least $150 when billed. (Always ask if price is a concern when you call and during the repair!!)

Had an emergency toilet explosion from my supply line and they came out very quickly and got everything fixed in less than an hour from when I called. Very reasonably priced too. Five stars all the way, will call for all my plumbing needs.

My wife called me at work last Friday afternoon exclaiming that water was pouring out of the 🔥💧 tank. I had Quality Plumbing saved in my phone from years ago when they replaced the main sewer line and water lines on our last house. They did an expeditious and thorough job and their rates were unmatched! That still rings true, some 12 years later! They came right out on short notice and did a great job that I believe was very fairly priced!

Tommy is absolutely the best plumber we’ve ever had. He always clearly explains the work he plans to do, and does a wonderful job. We also enjoy his delightful sense of humor!!!

Tommy came out after our gaskets gave out on our bathtub and we had a leak through our ceiling. He worked quickly and gave us options that ended up saving us a lot of money on a future project. He made it easy for us to get a great deal and also explained everything we needed to know. Would 100% work with economy plumbing again to support a local business and get great service to boot.

I was at Home Depot working on a DIY project and two gentlemen with Economy Plumbing just happened to be on that aisle.
As I described my issue to the Home Depot employee, one guy from Economy Plumbing interjected, "That sounds like a Mansfield and this is what you need." He handed me the product, told me what to do, and saved me time and money. He didn't have to get involved, but knew just what my project needed. I will definitely call Economy for anything bigger than my DIY projects going forward.

I called a few weeks ago in the middle of a plumbing emergency. The person I spoke to had totally no sense of urgency or concern for my situation. She offered me an appointment for the following week. I said you realize I am in a near flood situation right? She said yes and we have something open next Wednesday. I find it hard to believe they don't offer emergency services, being that they are plumbers and there are often plumbing emergencies. If they don't they're not very helpful. Calling them was a total waste of my time in a time when I did not have time to waste. At the very least, act like you understand the situation. Her comments were akin to going into the emergency room bleeding profusely, and they tell you they can see you in 3 days. Geeze!
