The guys that came to pump up the septic tank knew what they were doing. They told me that my septic tank had 2 lids which I was not aware of and was surprised bc I hired Transou’s 3 years ago and the guy that did the job didn’t say anything. I was charged extra to dig out the second lid which was ok I just wish they would have told me the first time I hired them about the second lid.

Had a weird hammer sound after flushing toilet and using sinks/shower. Torey came out, spent time studying the sound, discussed possible diagnoses with colleague, and recommended a fix. Was able to fix and replace our water pressure regulator quickly. He spent extra time explaining how certain aspects of my plumbing work, advised on some diy fixes around my home (I’m a new home owner learning how to take care of my house), and reassured me about the original reason for calling. I really appreciated Torey’s advice, kindness, and professionalism.

Transous installed our septic in 2004 and have serviced since then. I called for service because our septic system seemed to be failing. The person that pumped out our septic tank was excellent. The two people that were "diggers", and also responsible for confirming the pump was working (it was not), were frustrating in that they came out early in the morning, then stated a fuse needed to be replaced, which was not on their truck, and said they would be back after lunch and before 2:00 pm. I waited until 3:45 pm for them to return to replace a burnt out fuse and the pump still didn't work. They told me they didn't know what was wrong and that they aren't not electricians. If I had known this earlier, I could have gotten an electrician out to our house that day. I felt that we were very low priority to them.

Our experience with Transou was nothing short of professional. They were prompt, friendly, and were able to install our new sink the day after Christmas. Blake did an excellent job! I highly recommend them!

Seth was our plumber and we feel satisfied with the work did. He seemed knowledgeable with the issues we had, professional, and within a short while presented what seemed to be a viable and sensible solution. While I had an estimate in my mind of what I thought was a reasonable charge, his charge was not too far off for the amount of work that he did and the time he spent. He even examined a couple of other issues that weren't on the list, and threw in a "freebie" for something that I needed, but don't think he charged me fully for the work he did. I don't mind getting a "perk" every now and then! I'll be sure to ask for him for the next time!

My wife called me and informed me that our hot water was not working. I called several plumbing companies and they stated that they could come out the next day. I informed them that we need someone to come out today. When i called Transou's plumbing they were able to get someone out within the hr. Transou's came out and replaced our water heater. We have hot water now. Thanks Transou's. Seth and Landon were very professional and did an excellent job in replacing the water heater. However, the price was a little steep. The prices should be more reasonable. Also, the invoice I received via email has one flat fee and does not break down the charges, so you really do not know what you are paying for.

Very good communication. Job was done well at a fair price. Great customer service. I strongly recommend Transou's.

We just had our annual septic tank clean out and, as always, Transou did a great job. Scheduling an appointment was very easy and the technician was very efficient, professional and friendly. Everyone at Transou is very polite and courteous.It makes the whole process very easy. Most importantly, the service is always done extremely well and I highly recommend Transou.

The actual service itself was very quick and efficient. But, there seemed to have been some miscommunication in the office when this was scheduled. This septic pump and inspection was for a home under contract. The seller was expecting arrival from 1-5 pm as was I as the buyer's agent. Much to my surprise, I get a phone call at 10:30 am (the seller's agent was supposed to be called first so he could let the seller know but that didn't happen either) that the septic person was headed that way and would be there in a few minutes. Therefore, I was not able to be present for the pump and inspection which was quite frustrating especially since I specifically asked for an afternoon window so I could be physically present for my buyer clients. So when working with Realtors, sticking to the expected window of time is very important for everyone involved within the transaction and needs to be improved. Otherwise, my review would have been a 5 stars.

My water heater was failing and I wasn’t sure what the problem was or how to solve it. You understood my problem and as you had an unforseen cancellation you came over the same morning i called. Seth was courteous, informative and took time to explain the problem and addressed them well with me. He placed a new water heater efficiently and made sure I understood each step and process and answered my questions well. He is a valuable asset to your company. He even mopped my floor when done. Thank you for answering my prayer today.

Great company to work with. Booking the appointment was simple with a fast turnaround. The gentleman who showed up to do the work was super respectful and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company and will call them again should I have the need.

We needed a faucet replaced, which we had purchased elsewhere, and two water lines switched at a sink. Their response time was good, the tech was friendly and knowledgeable, the work only took about 1/2 hour. The downside was the cost. We were charged $360 for what was a simple plumbing project. That comes to about $700/hour. We can't afford to use them again.

Technician Corey did a great job repairing our outdoor spigot that led under our sink. Super friendly and knew what he was doing! I had bought too long of a spigot but he said no worries that he could work with it and he did! Great job!

No, number. Is high enough for the OUTSTANDING service receive. Everyone from receptionist to workers were GREAT. I had my septic tank pump. They kept in touch with me. Thru the process. No one can beat the PRICE. I WOULD LIKE TO THANK THE WHOLE STAFF.

I’m extremely impressed with the quality of work and professionalism of the employees at Transou. Plus they are extremely pleasant to speak with. They provide phenomenal service for an exceptional price!!!

We just moved into a home built in 2016. We had 2 out of 3 toilets clog 4 times in one week. Our garbage disposal ground food however the moment I turned it on an EXPLOSION of water and pieces of food would fly out of the other side of the sink with enough force to splash my face. Additionally our hose to our washing machine had begun to leak.

Transou solved it all in one day for an extremely reasonable price.We replaced both toilets— upgrading to better and taller ones. The pipe system under the sink was reworked/flipped, moving the disposal to the other sink so water could drain faster instead of remaining in the pipes only to fly up at me with the pressure from the disposal. Some pipes and parts were replaced and the whole system was cleared of gross sludge. Finally he replaced the hoses so I no longer have a small puddle of water after I do a load of laundry.

I also appreciated how their plumber didn’t negotiate or come to me with a binder of toilets he had to sell me. It is far better to deal with someone else regarding pricing of services. I’ve NEVER experienced that system with a plumbing company before. The companies I’ve used in the past expect their plumbers to sell the services and explain the pricing. Kudos to Transou for thinking outside the box and developing a different model.

Their employees are very pleasant and professional. Meagan discussed my issues thoroughly to determine if I needed septic or plumbing services and scheduled my appointment, The day of service, Hannah arranged for a time when Blake would arrive and confirmed the appointment. Just before Blake arrived Josh called to evaluate what my concerns were so that Blake would arrive prepared. He explained their process where the plumber will evaluate what needs to be done then Josh will call back with pricing. He stated that they aim to fix every problem in the same day. He then gave me an estimate as to when Blake would arrive. Finally Blake was professional and pleasant and left the area clean afterwards.

I could not be more impressed by the quality of the service as well as the price for the service. I’ve used MANY plumbers over the years and by far Transou is the best with which I’ve dealt.

The Truck with the Duck did an amazing job replacing the sump pump for our downstairs bathroom. The tech was extremely professional and courteous. He wore booties inside the entire time and quickly diagnosed the problem and his office called with pricing options. Professional grade parts were used and not big box retailer parts. And he made the space neater and cleaner than when he arrived. I highly recommend Transou's if you're in the NC Triad.

Johnny and Kaleb were the best! These men were very professional. They went above and beyond what I expected. If all Transou employees are like these gentlemen you will be in good hands. These guys deserve top pay!!!

So thankful for Adam who came to pump our septic tank, he was so kind. He called twice to update me on how far out he was and then explained how long it would take to pump the tank. We have used Transou several times in the past and they as always were excellent!!

The service was excellent. Both Rigo and Landon were personable and did a wonderful job. I know plumbing repairs are not inexpensive; however, the charges seemed over the top. Just keep that in mind if you hire this company.

I've had a repeating issue with my septic tank for a month and a half now and the other plumbing company I worked with and two other septic companies never noticed I had baffle wall and another side of my tank with a filter. Working with Goose and Adam I was able to resolve it. Adam figured it out in 5 minutes of looking at it. Really appreciate their expertise and professionalism. If I have any future septic or plumbing issues or maintenance I'll definitely be reaching out to y'all again.
