We are so pleased. Thank you Bob! We rented a home and the chimney was a messy, fire hazard disaster. We contacted our management company and they put us in contact with Fire Safe. Bob is extremely courteous and friendly and he knows his business. He was quickly able to inspect and diagnose the chimney's problem. It hadn't been cleaned in many, many years, which made it likely that having a fire could ignite a chimney fire. Bob cleaned the chimney completely in a timely and professional manner and we were able to use the fireplace for the first time last night for a fire on Nov. 1, 2023, the night it got down to 20 degrees here in Orange County, NC. We're going to have another fire tonight thanks to Bob and the friendly and responsive professionals at Fire Safe Chimney Sweep.

I live in an apartment complex and they came out, unfortunately they had to come out again to fix a couple labels. That wasn’t a big issue, everything else was good.

The last tech that came out here was amazing. My father has Alzheimer’s and gets confused or takes longer to speak . Paul was so respectful and kind to my father, they chitchat for a few minutes . He could have just left but out speaking. Thank you for having great tech like Paul!

We experienced an HVAC breakdown over the weekend, and Lex was the technician assigned to our case. From the start, he was extremely thorough, professional, and dedicated. When the issue wasn’t fully resolved during the initial visit, Lex made it a priority to follow up later that evening. Thanks to his persistence and commitment to quality service, the problem was fully resolved. I am truly grateful for his exceptional customer service and dedication.

Warren-Hay is amazing. Their experienced technician has been working on our furnace/heat pump and is super nice, thoughtful and very thorough. When other vendors said "you need a new system," (which was relatively new), he took the time to really investigate. The issues were all related to bad wiring from the initial install. So thankful for the realistic assessment and their diligence to make sure we have air and heat when we need it.

Been using Warren-Hay for regular maintenance on our HVAC units and have always been impressed with the technicians they send out to do the work. They give us a full report and don’t just look for things to repair or replace. We are very happy with their service!

We had a great experience with Warren-Hay. Our heat pump went out in January. We contacted them for a quote and the same day they had someone out here giving our system a look and had a detailed quote by the end of day. It was an incredibly fair quote, and they gave several options with easily distinguishable pros and cons. Later that week, they installed the new heat pump and air handler without a problem. They were polite, courteous, and cleaned up their workspace. They were recommended to us from a friend, and now we would also highly recommend them.

Warren Hay has done excellent work for us on multiple properties over the past 20 years. They are extremely responsive and professional, and I can’t recommend them enough.
