Air conditioning unit went out the night before. I contacted Warren Hayes and they scheduled a tech to come out. He made the repair in minutes and had me up and running. He explained what had went wrong and showed me the defective part. Awesome people and honest! Thank you all!!!!

The entire crew was very professional, they arrived on time and kept us informed of their progress of installing the new system. Before leaving they fully tested the system for heating and air conditioning. We were also given detailed instructions on the use of the newly installed WiFi thermostats. We would highly recommend Warren-Hay Mechanical for your future HVAC needs whether for installation or repair.

We had a new HVAC system put in last week. We had an AMAZING team of guys come out to put it in during a major heat wave! They were all on time, very friendly , answered all question and were just down right nice guys. We felt so bad for them being in that hot attic🥵The entire process was a great experience from start to finish- starting with no AC, coming out after hours to look at it, helping us pick a new one and all with the best communication! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Mis-diagnosed and overcharged. Tech billed for 4 hours, but was MAYBE at our place for 1.5 hours. And the problem still wasn't fixed (had to call another company to correctly diagnose and fix). Finally/reluctantly paid. Needless to say we will not be calling this company with any hvac issues in the future.

The tech arrived on time, diagnosed our AC problem quickly and accurately, and completed the repair within minutes after we authorized him to proceed. It was a pleasure doing business with Warren-Hay Mechanical.

My basement was flooded during TS Chantal, destroying my HVAC system. Warren-Hay, assessed the situation, wrote up several options, and replaced the system. I was impressed with their knowledge, and the team who worked this project were friendly, professional, and did a great job. They worked with me and kept me informed throughout the process. Received a biannual HVAC from Warren-Hay Mechanical Contractors. The technician was friendly, courteous and professional. I was well pleased with the service I received.

Richard was here right on time, smiling as usual! He gave the heating components of my gaspack a thorough check-up. Richard explained what he did; as he talked I followed his written notes and felt that I had an excellent picture of the status of my unit. I could not be more pleased!!

The technicians that came to do our PM were efficient and awesome. I came into the driveway as they were arriving. I had a trunk full of groceries, which they helped carry into the house for me. They listened attentively to our heating concerns and went to work. We are warm and toasty now.
The technician made a useful suggestion that we purchase a carbon monoxide monitor for our safety. He showed great concern for us. Thank you.

The service technician diagnosed the problem quickly and wes absolutely accurate with his diagnosis. After the repair, our heat pump has been running without any problems for about a day.

Over the past 3 years, I have received a high level of HVAC service from Warren Hay Company after.having years of frustrating and expensive service experiences.with another local HVAC company out of Durham.
I always look forward to having Lex come for spring and fall maintenance service on my HVAC system. He is very knowledgeable about geothermal systems, and for the first time in almost 20 years I can feel confident about the performance of my HVAC system.
Aside from Lex's high level of HVAC skill and knowledge, he is friendly, courteous, polite, and pet-friendly, and goes out of his way to provide a high level of customer service.

Had a fantastic experience with Warren-Hay! The communication was great from the office to let me know when the technician was on the way. And Nathan was warm, punctual, knowledgeable, extremely efficient, and passionate about his job. He did an amazing job of explaining what was wrong with our HVAC, and had my heat back up and running so quickly! The price was extremely good for the service, and I’m grateful he explained their service plan to me as it made more sense to go with it. Warren-Hay has earned a customer for life, and I will definitely ask for Nathan for future appointments!

I needed to get a new HVAC system and several of my neighbors recommended Warren Hay. Not only were their prices more affordable than other companies I looked into, but they also provided excellent service. They were very professional and the installation went smoothly and they left everything clean and tidy. After the system was installed, I had an issue with changing the filter because the entrance slot was placed at an angle that made it difficult to insert the filter properly. I reached out to Buster and he responded quickly. He seemed genuinely concerned and assured me that the issue would be addressed right away - and it was! The technicians came back and they were kind, patient, and knowledgeable. They came up with a great solution and installed a new slot for the filter that works perfectly. I really appreciate the time they took and their commitment to making sure everything was done right. The combination of great service and lower prices definitely earned my trust.

I have used Warren-Hay for most of my HVAC needs for years. Their techs are very knowledgeable and courteous. They are also very honest. If something is an easy fix, they never hesitate to teach me how to do it myself and save myself a service visit in the future. Whenever they tell me that something needs to be fixed, I don’t worry that they are trying to run up the bill. They have even filed warranty claims for me for units that they didn’t even install. Overall, I have been very happy with Warren-Hay and would recommend them to anyone.

I need to also add that Warren Hay, last year, came out on 20 minutes notice the day before our daughter's wedding (the installer of the system could not come and a neighbor told me of Warren Hay) --- I was in a panic as the system looked dead and all hat shutdown. The next morning would be warm and we would have 15 women in the home preparing.

The Warren Hay tech came out and said "if I can fix it or even if I have to drive somewhere for a part I will do it as this is your daughter's big day and nothing should impact it" --- within 30 minutes all was running as it should. He had fixed it.

Warren Hay go WELL ABOVE AND BEYOND -- they have employees who care, who listen and who are prepared to go the extra miles. I'm sorry I have not said that in a review before now (wedding took over). Definitely go with Warren Hay, they are amazing!

Jonathan is great. He has provided our HVAC maintenance service for two units for years. He is professional and very reasonable. He's our go-to guy for all our HVAC needs.

The AC went out on Friday afternoon before the start of a very hot 4th of July weekend. All the other companies I called were either already closed or jacking the rates up to come out on a "Friday" holiday weekend. I was reffered to Jonathan and so glad I called him. He was extremely professional, on time, explained the issues, and did an excellent job fixing the AC. His final price was more than fair and he didn't mark it up because it was the start of the holiday weekend. I will definitely use Jonathan again. I almost hate to leave too strong a review because he'll be too busy when I need him again. Thanks again!
