Jonathan is a professional, trustworthy, and very knowledgeable HVAC technician. He has repaired our system multiple times, and even identified and corrected mistakes that the original installers made. He always gives us multiple options when it comes to repairs, and explains the pros and cons of each. Highly recommended!

Jonathan is incredibly affordable and hard working. He gave me an honest bid and provided superior service. A different company tried to sell me on a new AC/Furnace when all I needed was a minor repair on my current system. Couldn't recommend Tobacco Road Heating & Air more--excellent and fair company!

10 out of 5 stars!! Jonathan did an amazing job of troubleshooting what was wrong with our complex HVAC system. He fixed the issue of closed dampers and some fan settings. He is honest , straight forward and great value!!! I will not hesitate to call him in the future and refer him to everyone!!!! Do not waste your time with these big companies who do half done jobs and charge an arm and a leg...give Tobacco Road a try. You will be happy you did!!

Received recommendations from multiple people in my neighborhood to use Tobacco Road and I’m so glad I did! He was so nice and answered all of my silly questions before I even booked a service. He had good availability and I was able to schedule quickly. Price was very reasonable and even told me about another issue he saw that did not fall under his scope (an issue with my water heater). I am a lifelong customer!

Jonathan is outstanding and the most honest AC repair professional in the business. I had an AC system that would not stop leaking freon and the original installer could not find the leak in 3 expensive repair visits over 3 years. The third time they recommended a new AC unit because they thought a bad compressor was contributing to the leak. I called another large repair company and they couldn't find the leak either and suggested the exact same thing. So, I called Jonathan asked him for a quote on a new system, and he said, "let's see if we can fix it first." Within 5 minutes Jonathan found the leak and repaired it, saving me thousands of dollars. I have had him repair my other AC unit when it stopped working and he was able to fix it promptly with a simple inexpensive repair. I strongly recommend Jonathan to all of my friends.

Had Jonathan back again after my 30-year old unit quit cooling. Again, he fixed it quickly, but with the caveat that a recharge may not last a long time. This one only lasted a couple days, but it was worth a shot. Service was not expensive, but I now know that I have to replace the system. I'll be asking Jonathan to take care of that for me as well. I appreciate his insights and the feeling of trust.

Jonathan did a great job and installed two heat pumps at my house, enabling me to no longer need natural gas and to be functionally off the grid! He gave good advice about what type of unit to install and the system works terifically. I highly recommend him to everyone needing HVAC help.

Jonathan is the absolute best heating and air guy you'll ever find. Last Thanksgiving in the midst of a hard freeze our entire heating system went out. I contacted Jonathan and he worked to get me a new unit installed the day after Thanksgiving. My son was visiting and that was the first night of the bitter cold. I give the highest recommendation for Tobacco Road Heating & Air. My AC went out and needed repair asap (it's so hot in July). I called around 10 in the morning and he came that very same afternoon and was able to fix it in less than 30 minutes. I felt that the cost was very reasonable. There was no extra charge for him to come so fast. Jonathan (the owner) was the one that came and he was awesome. He explained what was wrong with the system and what he had to replace. He answered all my questions. He had a great deal of patience and was a great communicator. I have found my go to for heating and air. Top notch company!

Tobacco Road heating and air was my second opinion on my air condition problem. I am so glad I got a second opinion. Jonathan was extremely helpful. I was very worried about a leaky air conditioner in my attic. He was confident and professional. He fixed the problem in under an hour at a very affordable rate.
