Latta's crew is absolutely wonderful. We had issues with our heat pump ever since we bought our house. Four different HVAC companies came to look at the heat pump, all of which recommended replacing the whole HVAC (5-12k fix).

Jason Latta was our last hope. He was able to diagnose the problem, provide a practical solution that did not require the unit to be replaced. In addition to this, our energy bill was also cut in half!

They are responsive, friendly, trustworthy, and thorough. I highly recommend them and will continue using their services year after year for maintenance services.

I called Latta Heating & Air after installing a new thermostat incorrectly ... and they were kind and knowledgable. Gratefully, when they were checking to make sure the system was ok once we corrected my mistake, they discovered a broken component that would have been dangerous to continue using. They showed me the (very clear) problem, did all of the legwork to get the parts from the company (gratefully still under warranty), and were communicative, professional, and prompt throughout the wait for parts to be shipped and the eventual repair. I've already recommended them to several folks!

Jason and his team provide excellent quality work. They are very responsive, honest, easy to talk/work with, dependable and on time! I had my entire AC unit replaced with them and am extremely happy with the outcome. They kept everything neat and tidy. I highly recommend.

I had Latta's Heating and Air Conditioning Services perform a yearly checkup on my two units and handle some warranty service. They did an excellent job! The technicians were punctual, professional, and thorough in their work. They took the time to explain what they were doing and ensured everything was in top shape before they left. I’ve had Brandon from Latta’s at my house twice in the last few months for separate issues and he did a fantastic job both times.

Both instances were for what I would describe as acute heating emergencies in very cold weather and their response times were same day, whereas other companies were scheduling weeks out. I called them around 8am this morning, they were out here by lunch, and had my upstairs furnace fixed up by early afternoon.

Their work is A+ and their pricing is more than fair. Brandon also took the time to explain certain nuances of my heating and cooling system that I didn’t quite understand before, and even indulged a few questions I had, which I really appreciate.

I would not hesitate to have them back out and plan to work with them in the future.

We turned our heat on for the first time and the house just got colder and colder. I was busy with work that day, but was able to let the technician (Brandon) in remotely. He was able to assess the issue, luckily it was just a thermostat, he replaced and and had me back to heat within a few hours of calling for the appointment! He locked everything up and other than the working heat, you would have never known he was there. Of course part of our satisfaction is that it was not an expensive fix!

These guys are incredible. When we moved to the area, we first had another company service our HVAC. We were still having issues, so we called Latta's for an odd problem. The first tech was professional and friendly but couldn't replicate the problem. When it happened again, Jason (the owner) himself rushed over to witness it and then help. On a return call for a different issue, we got same day service and the tech arrived within 5 minutes of the allotted time. Really appreciate these guys.

Latta's HVAC showed up when they said they would, did the work agreed to, spent extra time shoe-horning a 21st century HVAC system into an 18th century house, and all within their original proposal price. We are extremely please with Latta's performance.

I needed to fix a wall heater on my enclosed Poarch. The Tech showed up on time and went through many tries to fix this heater. It turns out that I need an electrician to determine where the problem might be. The Tech also, after many attempts marked where the breaker was on the panel box. Not an easy feat.

Brandon was very thorough in checking both of my heating systems and he took his time to explain what needed to be repaired, which I really appreciated!
