Quick, on-time, efficient, friendly, knowlegable and thorough. Mine was a relatively simple fix but the tech pointed out areas for future improvement and answered all of my questions thoughtfully.

Jason and Brandon helped right away with a gas heating problem. They were very professional, got the broken part ordered and replaced within 24 hours to fix the problem, and even helped make my furnace system run better by changing a setting. I would highly recommend Latta’s!

During the recent snow storm… My heat stopped overnight. I left a request for service at 1am & received a service call by 8:30am; that’s amazing service… very comforting to be responded to so promptly.

Latta's Heating & Air responded to my request very quick. I was looking for a company to come out inspect & clean my hvac unit. Mr Walker set up an appointment convient for us & tech Brandon came out to do the service. He was very polite & professional. Inspected the unit & cleaned the burners. He even went under the house & inspected the duct work, very efficient and great price! We will be getting them back for summer inspection. Happy new customer.

You might as well throw your money in the trash and keep your broken system...Bought a new unit and still got screwed by there work quality..They never sent in the warranty papers and would not stand behind there on work..
