Wonderful small family owned business. They have been my HVAC company for years and never had any issues with them not returning calls or coming when scheduled. They have installedtwo units for me and have always stood behind their work. Great HVAC company and recommend them all the time.

Issue with our air conditioner on one of the hottest days. Knight came out that day, found the issue and fixed in under a hour. Prices are reasonable and in line with this type of service. Service tech was polite and professional and even took the time to ensure the unit was clear of debris from runoff that could effect the units operation.

My first system lasted 17 years that they installed. I did have some work done to it over the years but for something that runs more than my car I didnt have to spend much. I called them and had them install my new unit this summer and have had no problems as of yet. The finishing work done to attach it to the house was great. I paid exactly what the estimate was. Would I use them again, yes, although I hope my unit last 17 years again, with proper maintenance it should.

I've been having problems with my AC not working. Another company came the other day and got it working, replaced a part that cost $32 and charged me $400 for it. I was also told the coil was leaking. It worked for less than a day, so I called J W Knight heating & AC. They were here within 30 min. and fixed a short in the motherboard, which was the problem. No sign of leaking coils. They are my new go to. Honest and dependable.

Fast service and low prices

I've been using Keith's for 20 years, no complaints or issues ever with them.

The heat on my furnace/AC unit would not come on; I called one company. The guy looked over the unit and said I was going to need a new furnace/AC unit or spend thousands in repairs. He said they had financing available. I didn't go for it. I called Kieth's Heating and Air. He came out, I think, within the hour. In less than twenty minutes he got the heat going. Did some minor lubrication to a motor. The bill was just $96.70. This guy potentially saved me thousands of dollars.

Poor communication turned our interaction into a disaster. It took over a week to get our AC back on, and when we got the bill the part was 3x what was estimated. Insult to injury, that part was advertised from many sources at 1/3rd the cost Kieth's billed. I asked for a price match and they said they wont buy parts online, and prefer the warrantied parts from Carrier..... I replaced it myself and returned the motor Kieth installed to him. It took me 20 minutes (he billed us 2 hours labor).

Very dissatisfied. This could have been easily avoided with a phone call to let us know the part was going to be more than they anticipated. Kieth's doesn't seem concerned with getting the best value for their customers,

Sean is great! He showed up on time he knew what he was doing did not leave a mess. He’s very honest. I appreciate his knowledge and skill for his craft.

Customer Service was very good. Also everything was explained step by step. Just as important he was on time.

Technicians were very thorough and shared everything in easily understandable manner. Gave several options for repair and replacement . I felt that they had excellent knowledge and cared about me as a client.

Grant and Levi did a GREAT job. Will be happy to have them back any time…but not *too* soon! Fixed some nagging long-term plumbing issues.

James was friendly, respectful, and informative. I felt I could trust his recommendations for next steps. All around. A positive experience.

We had a new HVAC unit installed under challenging conditions - freezing weather, a tight crawl space, and an unexpected issue that extended the day significantly. Throughout the process, the skilled and knowledgeable install team remained polite, consistent and accommodating, handling every challenge with care and professionalism.

I’m a new customer with them but so far, I am very pleased with the work that I’ve seen and had performed. The technicians are very polite and understanding of special circumstances, like if you work night shift and have special requests about the maintenance.

We recently signed up for Ted’s Club which gives you regular HVAC, plumbing, and electrical maintenance for a small monthly fee. We were able to schedule our initial maintenance to all happen in one afternoon, which was super convenient.

Our technicians were Daniel (plumbing) and Kendall (HVAC/electrical). We had a fantastic experience with both of them! Super knowledgeable, taking time to explain their recommendations. They also provided quotes at varying price points, and were never pushy about selling us on a service.

We strongly recommend Ted’s and are so glad to have the peace of mind with the team on call!

LJ was professional, friendly and responded to all my questions. He replaced a faulty bathroom faucet and went above and beyond by recommending me a bathroom Sink Drain Strainer to solve an issue with my bathroom sink. This is the second time he serviced my home and I am very please with his services! We'll done LJ!

Seth came to install new filter on my new HVAC system. He was prompt, polite and professional. I am quite pleased with my service call!
