Excellent experience overall. The plumber explained the issue clearly and solved it without unnecessary delays.

One of the big plumbing companies sent a useless employee out whom couldnt figure out how to unclog the bathroom drains that are connected. Even after we suggested the roof vent for the drains needed to be cleaned, they failed to even attempt that and did'nt bother to call for backup when they could not figure it out. Thankfully, Jayk's fixed it on the first try in a quick visit. Professional, courteous, and knowedgeable. They came out within a reasonable amount of time and fixed the issue quickly. Cleaned up after themselves and all for a better price than the competition. Beware of the larger franchise or corporate companies. Highly recommend you to give Jayk's a chance at your plumbing work.

With the report of Hurricane Michael on the news, I knew I needed to act fast on our waterline leak that was located in front of our house. Jayk's was recommended to us and I called with my problem. Jason sent a guy out right away and got the pipe replaced for us! What a RELIEF!!! If you ever need plumbing, call these guys! They REALLY do what they say on the side of their truck...We'll come running!

Jayk came to my new home in a pinch and saved my home closing date. He is smart, friendly, and efficient. He quickly determined that someone had not turned the main water valve on all the way. Have used Jayk’s on 3 different occasions, and each time has been great. Latest call was last minute, just a week before the Christmas holiday. They were able to fit us in and didn’t charge extra. Always punctual with clear pricing up front, and we’ve always been pleased with the quality of their work.

Needed a pressure reducing valve installed and Jose was great. Figured out the problem and had it installed in no time. Also got a leaky toilet fixed up while he was out. Jayk's did my hot water heater last year too and I'll be coming back to them for the next plumbing issue.

This company never disappoints, I’ve been using them for years now. The most recent was having them replacing all the old plumbing under my sink from 1985, and converting it to fit a nice under-mount sink. Also, professional and reasonably priced.

Had a water pipe issue Thanksgiving Monday. After several calls to different folks and several conversations Jayk's was the only company that offered me a solution that we would have water for Thanksgiving dinner (for 19) They saved the holiday for us.

We had a bad main line clog (couldn't use any water in our house without it backing up). My husband called that morning and someone was able to come out to investigate and fix the issue that day. The price was reasonable for all the labor involved. We greatly appreciate being able to use our water again. Thank you!

Excellent service with the installation of a replacement toilet fixture. Installed in less than 12 hours of the request. Communication was excellent between the owner and me and he was MOST responsive regarding outstanding customer service. I would highly recommend and will use this firm again when needed. Price was very reasonable as well!

I recently called Jayk's Plumbing to fix my high water pressure due to a bad PRV valve. I had just received an estimate from another company and felt their price was too high and didn't enjoy the high pressure sales pitch. Jayk's Plumbing was able to repair it significantly cheaper and also came out to the house within an hour. Great, professional service at affordable pricing and NO high pressure sales pitches. I have now found myself a plumber for all future repairs and projects. Thanks!

I have had the unfortunate experience of having to search for plumbers in a rush. I was lucky enough to find Jayk's on one of my 1st attempts! I will not mince words. Jason was AWESOME! He was professional genuine and prompt! He cared about our ultimate satisfaction and did not try to get over on us. He told us what we needed and made it happen. I would recommend him to everyone. Jason was in the neighborhood working on a neighbor's house. I approached with a small plumbing task. Jason was very helpful and added me to his schedule. His team arrived on-time and were very neat, efficient and punctual. I am especially fond of the communications between the time I first spoke with Jason and the few days in between when they came to do the job. Very thankful and appreciative of fair pricing as well. We've worked with Jayk's multiple times and been pleased with each interaction. Today I called around 8a about a clogged drain. Jayk's had a friendly, efficient technician on site by 9:30a. It became clear that the issue really required a larger repair, but the technician explained the options and gave me an accurate estimate of the cost. The repair was complete by 1p.

Jayk's is a fair priced, fast working, and accountable plumber. He is the first person I call for my personal home plumbing , recommendations for friends and for rental property. His ability to finish more complicated jobs in tight timelines has been awesome.

My entire experience with Jayk’s Plumbing was fantastic. I got an appointment set up quickly, Lou my plumber arrived on time and he was super knowledgeable. I had so many items that I had questions about and he was able to address all of them. The prices were also very affordable. I highly recommend them!

After we discovered we had a broken water heater early in the morning, I scrambled to find someone that could install a new one that day. I was given Jayk's phone number around noon and Jayk had his technicians to the house that afternoon. They removed the old water heater and installed the new one in just a few hours for a very reasonable price.

Jason did an amazing job installing our new Kohler sink and Moen touchless faucet. He pointed out little dents on the sink that were probably from the shipment and he did a great job of addressing this and trying to compensate for this during installation.

We also used Jason again when we had to get new toilets installed. We bought the toilets from Lowe's and they contracted out the installation to another company who sent out a guy that was completely incompetent and said that the toilets could not be installed due to some leveling issues and that we should renovate all 3 of our bathrooms. We called Jason shortly after and he took a look and said that it would be no problem installing the toilets and that the other guy simply did not want to do the work. For this project, two of Jason's employees installed all 3 toilets and tested each several times to ensure there was no leakage.

Overall our experience with Jason has been absolutely wonderful. He is such a nice guy to talk to and will give you honest opinions about the project at hand. You can expect good, quality plumbing from Jason and his team!

Jayk's was super responsive to our non-emergency plumbing needs. We were scheduled within a day, and Lou arrived on time and with all the expertise required to connect our gas grill and take care of a dripping shower head. He explained and demonstrated proper care and usage in patient language without condescending. Thank you for excellent service. I highly recommend Jayk's.
