We had a leak under our kitchen sink on March 8, 2025 (a weekend) and waited until Monday, March 10, 2025 to call Jayk's LLC after other plumbers wanted to charge weekend rates. I appreciated that they responded quickly to our call and came out the same day, which was excellent. The service person was extremely helpful and polite, and the price was reasonable but not exceptional.

Unfortunately, after they left, I noticed that some parts weren't properly installed under the sink. When I texted about this issue, they agreed to come back, but then simply didn't show up the next day with no communication. I had to follow up, and they admitted they had forgotten about us. They rescheduled for the following day but again failed to show up. During this time, we were only using our sink minimally as we were concerned about potential leaking.

After my second follow-up text, they finally came early the next morning and fixed the issue in about 5 minutes. While I appreciate their initial quick response, the extremely helpful and polite service person, and the eventual fix, the lack of follow-through and missed appointments without communication was disappointing. Given the mixed experience, I feel a 3-star rating is appropriate.

I had Jayk's replace 2 toilets and add bidet seats. He did a magnificent job! Abel was the technician that came to my home. We found out that one bathroom had a 10" rough and I had bought two 12" rough. He helped me get the incorrect back and pick up the correct toilet.
I could not have gotten better service! The price was very reasonable considering my mistake and the time required to correct my mistake. He was excellent on cleaning up the area before leaving!
I strongly recommend Jayk's as a quality plumbing service with excellent customer service skills!

I had a split supply hose on water heater. Called Jayk's and scheduled for next morning. He arrived in timely matter, very professional and reasonably priced. Completed the job in in almost no time. Will call again when needed

Ryan arrived to replace a toilet. I had already purchased the replacement toilet but it was the wrong toilet. Ryan arranged for the toilet to be swapped out and was incredible in his customer service.
