Why do I feel this way and say good things about him? From Experience...

I recently went through renovations at my home and have dealt with a company that used many sub contractors who were sub par at best. The other so called experienced sub contractors lacked the skill, the tools, had a very poor image (rag bag, foul mouth, poor attitudes, reeked of smoke, poor hygiene, questionable persons, etc), disrespected me and my home by leaning against freshly painted walls even after they were told. Inconsiderate and absent minded attitudes, failed to remove shoes on rainy days (tracking the wet yard indoors), didn't clean up after themselves, used my kitchen sink to wash their paint brushes, requesting to use my tools because they don't have tools, leaving my work to go finish work at a different job, failing to show up (not even late - just didn't show), and the list goes on.

So, when I say Richard and his son are professionals - TRUST ME, they are professionals who can be counted on to do the job right, on time, with the correct tools and professionalism.

You will thank me for this review if you are trying to find the right guy to do the job. He won't BS you. If he says he will be there to do A,B,C - he will be on time and deliver on what he said.

When another plumber told me it was impossible for a toilet to go back in that was taken out a few days ago for new tile purposes. I was told I needed a whole new toilet.

Richard came within the hour to do an estimate and check to see if it could be reinstalled. It took them 30 minutes to install the toilet ("that couldn't be reset") and for a fraction of the previous estimate. No pressure to buy a new one. Completely understood my budget limitations and worked fast and with the product I already had

Finally found a great Plumbing company! Richard and his crew gave us a very reasonable price for the professional service that was provided to include correcting an unsafe condition created by another company that recently installed our water heater.
