Absolutely the best plumbing company around! I had an incredible experience with Flex Plumbing from start to finish. From the moment I called, their customer service was fast, friendly, and professional. They got me on the schedule the SAME day, and even texted me when the tech was on the way.

Our plumber, Tate, showed up right on time, explained everything clearly, and didn’t try to upsell or pressure me. He diagnosed the issue within minutes and walked me through my options with honest pricing upfront.

We had an urgent issue with our hot water heater and called flex plumbing. They came on the same day to assess our situation and Provided what we felt to be a fair accurate assessment. They were here the next day promptly on time to install a new hot water heater. They were professional and communicated well with us throughout the process. We had our well fail at our auto repair shop about a month ago (no fun). We decided to get on city water instead of dealing with another well and had no idea how hard it is to locate an honest, reliable, reasonable plumber. Travis and his crew came out Monday morning and gave us an estimate, we agreed and within hours he already had the locator and permits ordered! By Friday, we had running water! That's after rain held it up Thursday and then, even though it wound up raining worse on Friday, they got it done! I highly recommend Travis and his crew for any plumbing needs you may have!

Flex Plumbing was recommended to me by a friend. My barn piping and spigot burst and I had to turn off all water to the house. The gentlemen at Flex were willing to come out same day but coordinated with me for the following day which was better for my schedule.
