4pm appointment, still sitting here waiting at 4:48pm. They confirmed earlier, then canceled, then asked for my address. I took off from work to meet them here at my home. My in-laws will be here in town in a couple of days. I'm going to rent a carpet cleaner from Harris Teeter. This really pis*es me off.

I have used GmatClean for a couple years now. I am very pleased with the results. Living in a multiple dog home needs some tlc from GmatClean on a regular basis.

Hi, the cleaning job was fine, no issues there. I signed up online as they were offering a $25 discount when signing up online. My wife was at the house when they came to clean. They finished the job and swiped her CC. There was no $25 dollar deduction...I have called their phone number ~10 times in a row to reach someone, asking for a credit. No answer. Nobody available to chat online either. Customer service seems poor.

Further now, I just spoke with a customer service rep, the $25 is hidden. Meaning that you get $25 any FUTURE cleaning, not the first. It's detailed in a long list of Terms and Conditions. Ridiculous as the website lists, "$25 off of any cleaning" but in fact, this is false. I would 100% look elsewhere for a cleaning service.

Excellent Customer Service. Arrived 15 minutes before the appointment. Great Prices, Very professional. Carpet was deep cleaned, came out looking great. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again..

I had an appoint set up for 8am I received total of 5 text messages they we coming out. And a few emails. They never showed up. Then spent the next 2hours trying to get in touch with them all the have is a bot text and an answer machine. I have renters moving in tomorrow and now I am scrambling it get carpets cleaned. This experience is awful. Never use service. Is way to much of a headache.

I am not going to change my star rating I spoke with the owner and he did offer to come out and take care of it same day however I already rented a machine and did it my self. I am a fair person and I hope his business operates better the the experience I had.

Does a great job cleaning. HIGHLY recommend. EASY online appointment set-up, hard worker, and does an incredible job. I will not be using anyone else to clean my carpets other than George and GMAT cleaning.

I waited to the last minute to schedule and got the only company available. Once they arrived they quoted me over $1.00 per square foot ($495) for two small rooms. I agreed since they assured me the carpets would look great and no one else was available. My mistake. They stayed less than 90 minutes, the carpets will take days to dry and they look little to no better. I asked for a 50% refund and they said no. WOULD NEVER USE AGAIN.

I was upset the first time they cleaned our carpets. We had new stains appear after the cleaning and I also wasn't aware of the extra charge for the deodorizer/sanitizing service. I followed up with George and expressed my concerns. George was very accommodating he came back and retreated the stains that came from the padding and touched up all of my carpets for no charge. He also explained everything he had done and showed the breakdown of costs.
He went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the final result.

Wonderful and fast service. George took my call on the first ring. Arrived on time and worked so fast. My carpets look brand new! Very happy with GMAT. This will be the only carpet company I call from now on.

George cleaned our carpets today. He was great! He showed up on time. He pre-treated all of our stains and then he spent a good long time and cleaned our carpets and the carpeting on our stairs very thoroughly. I would recommend him and his company to anyone that wants their carpets cleaned professionally and within a reasonable budget. Thanks again George for the great work!
