I called the customer service number and was told "we don't service your area"...when the homes address is in Huntersville...and THEY HAD ALREADY PARTIALLY DONE THE WORK. After 37 phone calls to them over the course of three days, the tech finally called me back to come back out to my house to complete the job. I waited all day and he never came. He stopped answering my phone calls and the company keeps telling me that the supervisor "Mike" will call me. Mike has not called. No refund has been released. They have to be deleting bad reviews because I am certain this is not the first time they've done this to someone.
