Although my carpets are very clean and customer service was great, I was shocked by the price!! I paid $549 for 4 bedrooms, hallway and stairs.

First time I got my carpet professionally cleaned . Jorge and George are amazing !! They came out promptly ! I love their messaging service Jorge usually gets back to you within minutes ! Select Gmat Carpet Cleaning from Groupon, based on good reviews. Gmat, was easy to schedule, sent me text alerts and arrived on time. George assessed our (really filthy from a sick dog) carpet, and was concerned that some stains were going to need special treatment. I agreed and the upgrade to thoroughly clean everything was very reasonable. My carpet looks better than any time its been cleaned before! George even cleaned a rug that I have in front of my sofa, something no other cleaner has done before. I am extremely pleased with Gmat Carpet Cleaning and my experience with George.

George came early, was very courteous and extremely professional! My mother needed her carpets cleaned and we found GMAT to have the best deals in the city with great reviews. Their performance lives up to their reputation. Her carpets had not been cleaned in 8 years and they turned out great. They even threw in deodorizer free for her.

We have used other carpet cleaning services in the past and have only been moderately pleased with the results. We always assumed that it was because we have light beige carpets and dogs tracking dirt/mud around. However, now that Gmat is done, our carpets are as clean as they have been since they were new and they smell GREAT.
The gentleman doing the work was quick, very polite, and very professional. We will definitely use Gmat for future carpet cleaning.

Matt and his team are one of the most knowledgeable services here in Charlotte when it comes to pool chemistry, care, maintenance, equipment startup, and pool function. They are well versed in not only pool care but also repair. I would highly recommend them for any pool owner.

After 7 years of operation, we were upgrading our spa connectivity & performance. Willing to diagnose the problem & provide solutions that save $$$. Example 1: Instead of selling a whole iAquaLink controller & antenna Matt was able to determine the only device necessary was the antenna (saving ~$1,000). Example 2: instead of selling new AquaPure chorinator, Steve simply disassembled & cleaned unit with muratic acid & re-installed (saving $750). Example 3: During AquaPure disassembly found heating flow control valve dislodged & contributing to unstable heating. Replaced & resecured control valve (saving $250). Excellent service from Matt & Steve.

Hired by pool builder. Pool is getting cleaner. Provided extra services I was unaware of. I would request meeting pool technician upon first treatment to understand their plan. Better communication up front could have helped a new pool owner understand and communicate any challenges. We had excessive dirt in our pool and on second visit the proper equipment was not brought out. That was frustrating but the work was completed on time and after that issue the communication improved.

We’ve had our first successful green-free pool season. The crew meticulously managed our pool leaving us with sanitized, and crystal clear water. They also came and closed it down for the season and covering it.

Bryan and his helper, who I later discovered was his son, were meticulous and effective. I appreciated observing as father imparted wisdom to son on executing a top-notch job with dignity. I called sat 7/12 to have my carpets cleaned Sunday the 7/13 at 11am. The receptionist said the timeframe will between 9am-11am and that they will send me a text when he’s on the way. I waited and never got an answer so I called. The receptionist then said he will talk to his manager and will call me back. I never got a call back. I went about my day because I have errands to run. They wasted my morning and part of my afternoon waiting for them to show up and their call back. Such a disappointment.

we experienced a burst water pipe outside our house, which resulted in a flooded basement. pedro promptly arrived within an hour to start the water removal process from our fully finished basement. a few hours later, he had successfully completed the job. pedro also returned several times in the following days to monitor the moisture levels and to adjust the fans accordingly. once everything was dry, bryan stepped in to reinstall the carpet. both pedro and bryan were exceptionally friendly and helpful. they were always patient and never rushed to leave until they had addressed all my concerns. they even generously offered to rearrange all my furniture, despite me being the one who had initially moved it. i highly recommend the services of best huntersville carpet cleaning.
