Sometimes I wishfully imagine what it would be like living in a world where everyone did their job as professionally as Mike. But then I realize that's an unrealistically high expectation. His subject matter expertise and level of knowledge is on par with a surgeon or lawyer, except unlike them I actually trust Mike. He has saved me from destroying my pool completely on two separate occasions.

The crew at Premium Pool Service goes above and beyond. We bought a new home and had them add a pool heater along with an automation system and they were attentive and answered all our questions along the way. Highly recommend!

Mike Hamm is professional, prompt, and polite. Very knowledgeable in pool equipment, maintenance, and repair. Also best price around. I wish he could be our weekly pool guy, but we're out of his service area. He did a FABULOUS job replacing our sand filter, multiport valve, and plumbing!

I would never recommend this pool service. They never did anything correct. Always a different person showing up to our house. The equipment never got fixed. Thankfully we found a real pool service that can handle our pool. Nothing premium about this company!

Extremely satisfied with Mike's services! I had him do an overall checkup of my pool system with minor repairs as well as installing and setting up and automated cleaner.
What I appreciate the most: when I initially got the repair of a leaking valve quoted, he openly told me what the problem is and that I could fix it cheaply and easily myself. He also offered to do it himself for a veRoy good price. Other competitors quoted intransparent prices (e.g. high hourly rates without an indication of the overall amount), sometimes for just identifying the issue, even though the issue should have been obvious for a pool expert. Highly value such customer orientation and honesty!

Michael was very quick to respond to my inquiry. Fixed my pool pump in a fast amount of time! He even stood in the freezing rain to fix it. He spent a lot of time explaining my new pump and information I needed to know to get the pool in working order again. Highly recommended and will use him for all needs in the future.

From the beginning of the season until the end of the season Mike and his team did an excellent Job. Not only did they keep my pool clean, he also taught me things a about my pool that I didn’t know. He communicated frequently and I never had to worry about a thing. My only Gripe is that he got to busy and wasn’t able to keep me for the following season, but I understand why. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends.

My pool was going along fine for a few years and then over a year ago I started having a lot of trouble. I spent a lot of time working on it and trying to solve the problems. I called Premium Pool Service and met Mike. He is amazing and a great troubleshooter. Within a short amount of time he got things back to normal and really seemed to care. We hired Mike/Premium Pool Services with the expectation of using him for just a few months until we got used to having a pool at our new house. Well, needless to say, we still have Mike after a year and don't know what we'd do without him. Mike has been taking care of my pool for almost two years, and he's excellent. Always clean, chemically balanced, and very fair in price.
