Mike and team have been taking care of my pool weekly for a few years now. It’s always clean and I’ve never had any issues and there’s always great support when I have questions. I would recommend.

I needed expertise in selecting and installing a pool heater. Michael and his team restructured the configuration of my pool equipment and installed a pool heater that has really improved our pool enjoyment. I can highly recommend them as pool professionals: knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with!

First impressions are always important, and we were very impressed with our experience! Our pool pump went out on Christmas Eve. We did a contractor search through Duke Energy, and within an hour we were contacted by Mike regarding the needed repair. He asked me to send him a few pictures of our equipment, and he then provided us with an estimate for repairs. All on Christmas Eve! Two days after Christmas the repair was completed. I can’t say enough about the quick response and professionalism that was displayed by Mike and his staff.

Premium Pool Service is an excellent provider. MIKE HAMM and his team are extremely knowledgeable about pool service and pools in general. I find they are very responsive to any questions or issues I have. I highly recommend their services.

Mike and his team at Premium Pool Service are awesome! Mike responds quickly to messages and we usually have next day service to help with our pool issues. They have replaced our pool pump, Jandy valves, pool heater, and salt cell over the past couple years, and recently were quickly there to repair a cracked auto fill pipe that was leaking water. Highly recommend them for all your pool needs!

I first contacted Mike when I built a new home with a pool 6 years ago. I needed help as I had no previous experience with a pool. He promptly came by and walked me through the process. He was referred by a neighbor in the neighborhood. I just recently referred my new next door neighbor for his services as well. He and his staff have always been dependable, honest, knowledgeable, and just friendly trustworthy people. Give them a call and I assure you will not be dissatisfied.

We could not be more satisfied with Premium pool service. Mike and team combine superb customer service with outstanding trouble shooting. It took us a while to find the right pool maintenance company but it’s hard to imagine anyone can do better.

and mostly untrue. Again, my recommendations to folks who have any special cleaning or other special requests is to have those requests put in writing and have them signed by the company owner before beginning work. This holds true for all house cleaning companies, not just Royal Touch Cleaning.
Your mileage will vary.

Let me start by saying I've used RTC for years. When they first started, they were amazing! Over the years, the service has declined and I've had multiple issues with them. Being a very busy professional, I kept them around because it was easier to just forgive and move on instead of trying to find someone new. Yesterday was the last straw for me! Security cameras caught one of them taking pictures of my backyard. When you trust strangers in your house when you are not there, the last thing you want to find out is they are photographing your property! The owner, Heather, gave me some BS story about Kathy seeing a squirrel on the roof or gutters and running into the trees. But, we have video footage of them as soon as they arrive to the house, going straight from car to house and Kathy asking the other girl for her phone to take pics because "she wants pictures of the trees". No looking at the roof, no looking out for squirrels, and I can go back to previous days they were here, pull footage and see there is NEVER a time they are looking for squirrels on my roof.
A few other major issues include: We hired them to do some landscaping work (a new service they added last year) and they completely hacked up ALL of the holly trees, one so bad, we just had them remove the tree. It is a year later and the trees still have not filled back in. Maybe what Heather wanted Kathy to take a picture of??? But instead of just admitting that, Heather lied and made up some ridiculous story about squirrels!
A few years back I kept having an issue with the cleaning team taking diffusers (that plug into wall outlets) out and put them back in upside down. The oil spilling on carpet and hardwood floors. I left notes asking them to be careful, when that didn't work, I text Heather and asked her to let them know they kept putting them in upside down. Came home one day and sure enough, after asking 3-4 times to pay attention to this, another diffuser upside down and oil all over the wood. But also in the dining room, they had pulled a diffuser out and put it on the table and left it there. The oil leaked out and ruined the finish on the table. I will say, after a few attempts to fix it, Heather did take the table and have it refinished. But, the cleaners continued to deny doing it! I specifically asked Heather to send out a new team and she assured me no problem, I would have a new team. So she fixed the table and I was getting a new team, so I stayed with them. About a month later, I happened to be home when the team showed up, and guess what, it was the same team causing all the issues. I asked what they were doing here, I was supposed to have a new team and I just got blank stares, they had apparently been continuing to clean the whole time (side note-before we had our security cameras) and when I said it was because of the oil issue, she just looked at me and shrugged her shoulders and said they didn't do it.
As I write this, I'm shocked at myself for how long I've kept them...
Also had an issue with the tile in the kitchen not getting cleaned. Asked a few times to be sure extra attention to the tile floors. After it wasn't getting done, I strategically left a few things in spots that would have to be moved to mop the floors. Came home, things not moved. Again, they just denied denied denied and said they had been going over the floors 2-3 times. Ok, you're right, I just like to make things up for fun!? Seriously!? This company is NOT what they used to be and I do NOT recommend them! You want HONEST people in your home and Heather and her crew are NOT!!!!

I've used Royal Touch Cleaning twice now. This time I opted for the added UV Sanitation. Heather and the staff were very good, explaining the benefits of the UV Sanitation. I would recommend Royal Touch.

Received their flyer in my dropbox and decided to give them a try. They came to my home for a Deep clean and I was very impressed. The detail and professionalism from the management to the team was outstanding. I will be using them again and I will be referring them to others. Thank you Royal Touch Cleaning!

Cleaning crews are contractors, not employees - hence limited loyalty to company. Cleaning crews did not follow homeowner's instructions resulting in multiple issues. On two accounts cleaning crews broke personal household items and did not report damage to owners or Royal Touch Cleaning Management. If you are considering Royal Touch Cleaning, I strongly recommend everything is put into writing, cleaning instructions to include any special requests and to have the document signed by Royal Touch Cleaning owners (not management).

This cleaning service is worth every penny. Arrived on time with all the necessary tools, supplies and proceeded to clean with very little input on my part. As they stated to me "we have a process". I have already contacted two other friends recommending Royal Touch Cleaning.

Royal Touch cleaning has been cleaning for us for a few years now. We even moved to weekly cleans as we enjoyed our weekends much more and they do a fanatic job! They have been great! Very reliable, honest and flexible with our crazy schedule. I highly recommend them!

The folks at Royal Touch Cleaning have been cleaning at our home for five or six years. They do a great job and the people who work there are very nice. They are detail oriented in the way they clean, actually dusting cabinets, shelves and objects (not all cleaning services do that). Our home has a lot of tile flooring and they make the tile floors sparkle and shine. We have two dogs, so dog fur is a challenge at our house but the Royal Touch folks help us control all the fur. (The Royal Touch staff is pet friendly, which is a big plus in our book! I wouldn't be able to tolerate someone in my home who doesn't treat our canine boys like family.) Heather, the owner, is always helpful when scheduling the cleanings. Overall, I highly recommend Royal Touch Cleaning.

The team at Royal Touch are amazing! So thorough, quick and do a great job! They work around my schedule. Very friendly! The office manager, Mindy, is always quick to respond and so helpful. Definitely recommend!
