I want to express our satisfaction with Vanguard Cleaning Services. Their staff is very nice and easy to contact when needed. Jana always takes the time to answer any of our questions I may have and provides me with all options. She demonstrates excellent customer service and passion for my business to succeed.

Our company has been using Vanguard's special services for several years and they do not disappoint! Our office serves children so you know that also comes with plenty of stains and sticky floors. We hired Vanguard for our annual carpet cleaning and machine floor scrub, and the building looks new! Their technican James is a master at what he does and I cannot recommend him enough. We are highly satisfied with the results. My only complaint is that we can't have the carpets cleaned every month!

The staff at Vanguard have been excellent to work with! They've made our transition from another company a breeze. Julian LISTENED to what we needed and worked hard to provide us with a quote that fit our budget and needs. They performed background checks on their employees which we appreciated. We’ve been very happy with the services they’ve provided. Naidy and her team respond quickly when we have to communicate small details or ask for assistance. The little details tell us that she truly cares about her clients. Jana has gone above and beyond, occasionally, calling to check on us and make sure we're receiving the personalized service that we so greatly desired. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing cleaning services!!!

Vanguard is great! I have used several companies in the past but they are the best by far. Jana is awesome. We hired Vanguard Cleaning Systems after having multiple issues with our current service. They were quick to answer our inquiry and did a thorough walk through before quoting the service. Once hired, they scheduled a deep clean just a few days later. We are just getting started but so far have been very impressed with Vanguard.

Vanguard Cleaning maintains and clean the offices at Focus Office Suites and Elevation Real Estate Group in Huntersville, NC. We appreciate there dedication to keeping the facility in a tidy manner for the tenants and guest that come here. Also appreciated the assistance with getting a carpet cleaner quickly after the water leak we had.

Upscale Professional Cleaning services just completed their first full home cleaning at my house and it looks like the home had just been built, it is spotless! They took extra time in care even in places that they didn't have to, I really am in shock about how great it looks. I will be having them in once a month to do the same. I have used multiple cleaning services in the past and I've never been completely happy but that is all cha changed now that I have found Upscale Professional! From top to bottom during multiple visits they have done a perfect job and my home has never been more deeply cleaned and well organized.

Every time they finish up the stress relief to come in to my home is worth every penny and I have actually increased their frequency to coming every week.

I cannot thank them enough and so appreciative of all that they do and doing such an excellent job!
