I had family coming into town and Kelly was able to accommodate me for a last minute appointment which was hugely helpful. I had expectations for the bottom story and my master bedroom to be cleaned but she went above and beyond and cleaned the entire house for the same price that was initially quoted. The cleaning job was excellent and and detail oriented right down to the quarter round on the base boards. Highly recommend.

Kelly is the most wonderful person and cleaning lady I have met. She always maintains agreed schedule, extremely punctual, and the quality of her work is off the charts. She uses organic products and strives to improve her approach to make sure her service is environmentally sound and healthy. No harsh chemicals all natural products. Thank you Kelly for your excellent work.

I spoke to Kelly, the owner and she managed to fit us in for a standard cleaning on a days notice. Keith arrived promptly and did an AMAZING job. A female co-worker (apologies her name escapes me) arrived later after finishing another job to come and help. She cleaned our kitchen and it was spotless, she cleaned the inside of the microwave and wiped down the fridge and dishwasher too (she even washed and filled our dogs bowl!!!!) I was extremely impressed with both of them and will definitely be using this company again. Highly HIGHLY recommend!

Charlotte House Cleaners did a TREMENDOUS job with our initial deep clean. Our home is cleaner than it's been in over 10 years! They paid attention to even the smallest details and really got this place sparkling—even the BASEBOARDS look brand new. Fantastic experience! Charlotte House Cleaners did a great job in my house. I had a Deep Clean Service and I have never had my kitchen and bathrooms so clean. Professional and courteous, punctual and the level of detail to the cleaning was amazing. Our kitchen was so clean that I made my family go out for dinner that evening because I didn't want to mess it up! Highly recommend Charlotte House Cleaners for any cleaning needs.

2022 update - We are still very appreciative to our relationship and continued business with Charlotte House Cleaners. The Team continues to do a great job and we are grateful when we get to come home and enjoy such a fantastically cleaned home. Much thanks to Kelly, Bri, Janet, Hannah, and all the other employees that make our home brighter with each visit.

We were so very pleased with the great work Charlotte House Cleaners provided us with today. We essentially had a deep house clean and the place has never looked better. We had lots of dust buildup, dirty windows, and kid prints on the walls. All of that grime is now gone and the old home looks ready to show / entertain.

That said, we have decided to retain then for biweekly cleanings.

I originally wanted my gutters cleaned. After talking with MBA it was not as expensive as I expected to put gutter guards on my gutters. They were very easy to work with and did an excellent job cleaning and installing my gutter guards.

MBA installed new gutters and guards. They were able to start and finish ahead of schedule. There work was exceptional and they took great care not to damage any of my landscaping while the job was being done.

I had MBA roofing install gutter guards. My house is surrounded by trees. As the fall months began my gutters were filled with leaves. When it rained it was almost like someone was pouring a bucket of water on my home. I can truly say after having the work done and the guys were professional and left no messes behind. The price was also reasonable and if you own a home it’s probably an investment you should do on your home. I’m very happy I contacted MBA roofing and want to personally say thank you.

Stone Crest Hardscapes did an amazing job on our outdoor kitchen, patio, new sod, and irrigation system in Cornelius, North Carolina. The quality and craftsmanship are outstanding, and the whole process was smooth and professional. We’ve had so many neighbors stop by and compliment how beautiful everything looks!
