I have used Premium pool service for 5 yrs and prior to using PPS my wife & myself went through 3 pool service companies until we found Mike who owns PPS. His staff is 100% on time and they are very knowledgeable & catch all issues before they become a problem. We had PPS install a new salt water filtration system 5 yrs ago and we couldn’t be more pleased with our system. There is no doubt in my mind that we got lucky when Mike was referred to us actually from another local pool company. I said, I want the best in the business and I was given Mikes contact information. This is a 5 star company in Pool Service. Thank you PPS.

Worked with them for almost two years. Our pool’s chemistry has remained great, and our equipment is is good shape. They’ve done well there. Not a fan of their lack of personal communication, or how Mike misrepresented his company’s services. We found we couldn’t leave town or things would get overlooked. For the premium price, we found it to be not worth the money spent.

The service I recieved was top notch.
They were quick to reply to my call.
Will definitely use them in the future.

WOW ! Exceptional service, expertise and commitment from this pool company! Mike came out on his day off to help us out. Our previous pool service company had been inconsistent/poor quality and we were stuck with our pool in a pretty bad shape. Mike took care of it right away and our pool is sparkling clean again. Mike is a great guy who is very detailed. He installed a new Aqualink control system for us. Mike took the extra time to show us how it works and gave us some tips on checking the pool water. I will definitely be using his services again!

Michael came out to address a couple issues that my current pool service could not figure out for over a year. After reading reviews on Premium Pool Service I decided to try them. Michael came out and within 10 minutes, he figured out the issue. Fixed everything I had been dealing with all this time. He is extremely knowledgeable and is also replacing a major part in the pump for way less than I was quoted by current pool service. Will be switching pool maintenance service to Premium Pool based his his knowledge and expertise

We had a pretty serious issue with our Jandy 2.0 system and pool electrical board which resulted in our pump not running. Our normal service provider was unavailable, so on a whim we contacted Mike at Premium Pool Service. Wow, we got lucky! As novice pool owners, he could have told us anything…and charged a premium. He didn’t. He was straight forward, offered the best and lowest cost solution, and had a tech out same day! At a time when getting immediate service can be nearly impossible, Mike at Premium Pools was quick and exceeded our expectations. He even took a call after hours to help us set up our Jandy schedule. Do yourself a favor…if you need pool care, call Mike! Excellent experience.
