Chris has helped me with two projects, one for my home and the other for my beach house. For both, Chris thought carefully about the specific needs of my family and the landscape before selecting plants. He was meticulous and professional. Chris has the unique combination of very strong knowledge of plants, design, and business.

Chris came highly recommended and we are thrilled with the way our small backyard looks now! No job is too small, and his plant suggestions and advice were extremely helpful and exactly what we wanted. During the job, there was a small issue discovered with our drainage, and he and his team quickly solved the problem and handled everything well at a very minimal additional cost which he thoroughly explained. We appreciate his expertise and hard work so much, and look forward to enjoying our new landscaping.

Chris is a consummate professional, extremely knowledgeable in his trade, and provides incredible customer service. He treats the design and implementation of the landscaping as an art, which was apparent throughout the entire process of working with him and his team. Chris did the initial consultation, and worked alongside his crew for at least a few hours each day during install, asking my wife and I about any challenges that were encountered during the process, to ensure the final install was in line with our vision of the finished product. After the install was complete, he explained and walked through how to care for all of the plants, and how best to maintain the landscape. From beginning to end our experience working with Chris Johnson Landscapes was above and beyond our expectations in every aspect. Having Chris design and implement our full landscape refresh was an absolute joy and pleasure. I can't recommend Chris and his team enough to anyone that's looking to refresh, design, or install new landscaping, as they are true professionals in every sense!

Chris and his team were a pleasure to work with. He developed a plan that showed his knowledge and love for plants. His price was very competitive. He was flexible in allowing me time to do a gutter drainage project that I preferred to do myself. The job was done as planned and on schedule. We are extremely happy with the results and would not hesitate to recommend or use Chris again.

Chris recently replaced the landscaping in front of our home. From our first appointment with him to the final application of pine straw, it was a pleasant experience. He listened to our comments about plant preference, offered ideas with those preferences in mind and created a beautiful plan. Then his crew impressed us with their diligence and professionalism as they changed that plan into a reality. They did an excellent job, and we would definitely use them again.

Chris and his crew designed and planted a full landscape plan for the front of our home. This included removing all the old overgrown shrubs and planting new shrubs and perennials. That was done on time in a very professional way. Chris is easy to communicate with and he is always on the job every day checking on progress and working himself. This was so successful that we used him to do our back yard perimeter landscape as well.
This also went well.....was fairly priced and performed on time.

Chris is a professional through and through which is what makes him a pleasure to work with. He arrived early for the consultation and within a week or so he had the design presentation. This included the removal and transplanting of existing plants and the addition of many new ones.

Our request was for a cleaner less cluttered looking landscape front and back. In addition to a calmer landscape we wanted a more tropical feel. Chris explained why it’s difficult, although not impossible to have a tropical landscape when you live in zone 7. He tweaked the design for us, worked his magic and we now have a completely new look (with a little tropical), while still utilizing some of the original plants. And it was all within the original budget too!

Chris is very ‘hands on’….he was here every day working with his team, which btw is a wonderful group of people. If we have any work done in the future, it will be with Chris Johnson Landscapes.

Chris was amazing & took the time to listen and design the front yard for us. He made multiple trips to take photos, look at the sunny vs shady spots, and gave us a design. Allowed us to suggest modifications as well. His crew was punctual, dedicated, meticulous and their love for gardening was visible. We highly recommend Chris for your landscaping needs. Chris designed and planted a beautiful addition to our backyard. He also installed drip lines around the entire yard. He has been back several times after to check on things and make small adjustments. He has gone above and beyond and we are extremely happy with him and his work. Super!!

Chris and his crew were fantastic. They changed the entire look of the front of my house. It looks beautiful. Chris kept me informed every step of the way from the planning to the finish. Beyond pleased with the work done by Chris Johnson Landscapes. (Chris, Shannon, and Katie) I met Chris in years past through a previous employer - he was kind, pleasant, and a professional then - and still holds true to this day! In the past few years I had taken on several large home improvement projects around the home. Landscaping is not my specialty. I reached out to Chris as I was interested in letting him take a look at what was needed. Chris came out to the home, took photos, discussed what I had wanted (envisioned), listened to how I wanted to manage it, and let me know he would follow up in a few days with a quote. Not only did I receive a quote, Chris put together a portfolio / deck with previous completed jobs as well as a rendering of what my finished area would look like. It took only a few minutes for me to give Chris the "green light" to proceed. We decided to wait till the fall to start / complete the project. He and his team (of 2) came out to the house as scheduled and transformed my landscape space to reality. They went over how I was to manage it from that day forward. Since then, I've been able to reach out to Chris for some landscape advice and he is always kind enough to reply.
