Lawn was severely un leveled due to erosion from many bare spots. Crew arrived on time and “hit the ground running.” Leveled ALL points of the yard and laid sod perfectly. They exceeded my expectations and have gotten Lots of compliments from the neighbors. Cost of materials and leveling was very reasonable. Highly recommend.

Jonathon's eye for landscaping is top-flight. I got lucky finding such a precise and professional landscaper. I live on a piece of land that largely has a high grade sloping down from the top of the property line in the backyard down to the patio. I did not know exactly what needed to be done but Jonathan evaluated the property , came up with a plan and executed with sheer perfection in a very quick time frame. He planted 200 Junipers in perfect rows and finished off the job with 2.5 tons of rock in a yin yang - white beach rock / Tennessee rock. The team did a Stellar job and I am calling him again to come back and get some ideas together for the front yard.

Jonothan and his crew did a beautiful job of transforming our yard with stone edging. They were very efficient and tidied everything up when they were done. The staff were great. Within 3 hours time, they weeded and remulched my front flowerbed and removed a willowing Oak tree from my front yard. They also changed my flowerbed in the back from mulch to river rocks. The rocks look great! I love it! They also planted 2 peonies and 2 hydrangeas for me. They were easy to work with and professional.

I had LTP Property Maintenance do my yearly mulch installation. They also replaced a diseased Crepe Myrtle with a beautiful Japanese Maple. I highly recommend them. They did exceptional work and I will definitely use them again for any project they can handle. Give them a try....you will be happy you did.
