Jonathon was very responsive and and he’s team we’re on time and efficient in completing the landscaping project at a reasonable cost. I have even gotten compliments from my neighbors which is great!. I would certainly recommend LTP because of the professionalism and quality of work done.

Jonathan and his crew are fantastic! I hired LTP to install drainage, build steps, re-sod the entire yard and clean up a mulch bed, replacing mulch with river rock.They were very professional, communicative and the yard looks amazing!

My wife and I hired Jon to pull out a lot of shrubs from our front yard, clean out all of the beds, lay down new landscaping fabric, and re-mulch everything. It was every bit of a 2 day job, And He and his team were very professional and we are very pleased with the results. He went above and beyond with his communication and customer service. We have already contacted him to help us with more work we need done in the yard.

Hired them to clean up my yard, fight back my crazy hedges, and lay new mulch beds. Jonathan was the epitome of professionalism through the whole process. LTP did a landscape upgrade for us recently, and we were very happy with all aspects of this job. Their personnel are professional, friendly, and did the job as promised. They used equipment responsibly, cleaned up after themselves, and made sure we were satisfied with the job before they left. We will use them for any further landscaping projects we may have, and highly recommend them to anyone else.

We had a great experience contracting LTP Property Maintenance for the installation of 40 trees in our backyard. From the initial phone consultation with Jonathon where he took the time to listen and discuss my options, through the final installation of the trees and mulch, the experience was first class. We couldn’t be happier with how our yard looks and I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again if the need arises.

I currently use LTP for their lawncare services. My lawn can be difficult to navigate due to how steep it gets. They are very professional when on my property and do a great job. This coming spring I will be adding my garden to their services. I recommend them to everyone in my community.

We hired LTP to improve drainage on the side yard at my home. Jon came out and quoted a very reasonable price for trenching and installing corrugated pipe catch basin and pop drain as well as connecting drainage from the downspouts to the pipe system. The crew arrived ahead of schedule and worked expeditiously. They took great care not to hit any buried lines that were in the area even digging by hand and only using heavy machinery when necessary. All in all the area looks better and appears to drain much more efficiently. LTP will definitely be our go to company for our landscaping needs going forward.

Rounding out my first year with LTP Property Maintenance and I'm glad I made the choice to go with them. Easy and reliable. And great communicators, as needed. I'd highly recommend LTP to anyone looking for a great lawn maintenance or landscape/hardscape design and installation service.

This process was amazing from start to finish. We were provided a reasonable quote quickly and the job was done within days. It looks so beautiful and the crew was great.

Adding to last year’s review since we hired LTP Property Maintenance again in June 2024 for another landscaping project. Jonathan responded quickly with a site visit and made a couple of recommendations when it came to getting the project quote within our budget. The project was a dry stream that required regrading, hauling in lots of rock and boulders, along with new plantings. The finished product was exactly what I envisioned and we couldn’t be happier.

In Feb 2023 we hired LTP Property Maintenance to mulch our many beds, lay stone as bed boarder and pebble under a swing set. So many things to praise this company on. 1. The owner is extremely responsive when it came to our initial inquiry and throughout the entire (quick) process of working with him. 2. We were able to get a quote and the job done all in one week’s time. 3. The crew that performed the work was professional, friendly and thorough. 4. The end result was exactly what we agreed upon and is perfect.

I highly recommend this group and will definitely be hiring them for future projects too!

Their install work is okay but maintenance was very bad. I gave a 1 because of the lack integrity around their warranty. Have to spend a few thousand dollars more to fix and replace part of what I paid LTP for. But will not stand behind.

This company did an amazing job for us. We needed several things done to our backyard, including laying down sod, cutting down trees, and adding some bushes to our landscape. All staff was kind and courteous and very communicative. I highly recommend.

Jonathan's team did a fantastic job on our lawn. They were on time, very professional and explained everything. They went above and beyond. We only wanted one side of yard sodded. After the seeing the work and finished product we are having ltp come back out and give us a price quote to finish the rest of the yard. Would recommend. Photos are just one area.

He was also great at communicating with us and listening to all my wants/needs throughout the whole process. I highly recommend LTP to anyone with landscaping needs. Can't recommend these guys enough. Jonathon was incredibly responsive and very fast at getting multiple estimates back to me. We had some minor grading done in the back yard and rather than pressuring us into the top service offerings, helped me accomplish the goal we set out for without cutting corners. Very much appreciate the options give to me with different price points and pros and cons of each option. The crew that helped were very friendly, mindful, and quickly got the job done. ~3000 SQ ft grading w 1 truck load of dirt added and they were done in 6 hours.
