Alex, the technician, arrived at the time specified and provided excellent service. He quickly assessed the issue, ordered the part and had my range back in working order the very next day. Very prompt call back to schedule an appointment to have our dryer repaired. The technician arrived on time, was very courteous and explained what needed to be repaired before starting his work. Very satisfied and will definitely use again for any other appliance repairs/service.

Our refrigerator wasn't cooling as well as it should. 50+ fridge side and 40+ ice box side. We vacuumed lint and dog hair out of the condenser fins in the back of the unit and checked fan and pump operation. The damper door between the sides was working. The temperature was set as cold as we could adjust it. Just kept getting worse. We called for help. They came out within 24 hours of our call! Super fast. Checked everything and determined the system had a leak. Provided us a quote and options. Sometimes you have to replace old equipment and this was one of those times where the repair was better invested in a new unit. I paid the cost to get to the bottom of the problem and I was very satisfied with the investment in knowledge to make a decision. Thank you for being Quick and Reliable. I will call this company again for my next Appliance Repair.

This was an easy business to deal with. They scheduled the visit quickly and the technician was able to identify the problem and ordered the part. A few days later they called me to reschedule and the tech fixed the washer. They were thorough and quick, what more can you ask for?

Great service! Honest!

Prompt service. Diagnosed and fixed the problem with our washer within two hours of calling. This was huge for us as we were leaving town. Would give 4.5 stars, subtracting a 1/2 star for the technician, who lacked good communication skills. All said, very satisfied with the work. Hopefully it will hold up.

Run and run fast!!! Check around and get an Appliance repair company that is, well, not going to screw you at the end of the day. This company, in my opinion, is the most dishonest company that I have had dealings with. After having service from this company, I checked with three other Appliance repair companies and gave them the exact specifics of the original issue and all three companies quoted a price that was 50% of the price charged from Quick Reliable Appliance Repair. Do your home work and find an Appliance Repair service that will not charge you $400+ an hour.

Our first experience with these folks. They came out the next day as promised and the tech diagnosed the problem on our dryer as a bad control board and that a manager would call with a price. Fine- it’s a 250.00 part that will take 20 min tops to replace. They told my wife when they called back it would be 454.00 but after the diagnostic fee was applied it lowered the cost to 384.00 for what we had to pay. I called back up there 15 min later to talk to the same lady who told me it was actually going to be about 530.00 all in. Instead of 454.00… for a 250.00 part that will take less than 30 min to install. I’m not sure when they were going to tell me they were going to charge more- maybe after the part was installed. Anybody using these people should double check the parts, costs, and time it takes because 300.00 for about an hour of labor is insane. I have to assume they just figured my wife wouldn’t question it.

The only positive is that the technician was there the next afternoon and diagnosed the problem quickly. I can see paying another hour or half of labor, but the miscommunication on price and the apparent astronomical labor costs were shocking for a company with this many good reviews.

Update: We ended up just ordering the control board from LG. We got it in 3 days (as opposed to up to 8 days per Reliable) and my 14 year old installed it in 20 minutes. I don’t know why they were going to charge 180.00 to come back and install it a technician would have been in and out in 10-15 min max.

Our washer stopped working properly during the weekend, and they responded the same day and were able to come out on Monday for the repairs. Alex was on time and professional, and was able to fix the issue.

Quoted price over phone was reasonable for a dishwasher installation but I specifically asked for a hallway of the old machine since we live in a condo. Tech showed up in a Honda accord w no way to haul away, had to call and pay for a separate junk removal guy, to finish the job.

Great service! We were afraid we would have to replace our stove, which due to its unusual size would have been around $5,000. Alex found that the problem was just one relay on the control board. We didn’t even have to replace the whole board. He just replaced the relay and we were all set. The name says it all… Quick and reliable. I highly recommend.
