They called back to set an appointment, texted 15 minutes before arriving, explained what was needed and ordered the parts. Follow up appointment was scheduled and Alex showed up on time, fixed the fridge and he was on his way.

Called the company on a Sunday after returning from visiting my daughter at college. My dryer would heat but it would not spin. The company sent Alex the very next day. He was prompt, efficient and very knowledgable. I could not have asked for any better service. Thank you Alex for being a dedicated and passionate person in the field of repairs. I would highly recommend this company and in specific Alex for any and all appliance repairs.

I was told one thing on the phone! And then another in person after my washer has already been taken apart in five minutes! The guy came in, started taking it apart and when I asked how much it cost, he said, I don’t know .. He literally told me it would take him only 30 minutes to fix. Then quoted me $370! Which is fine but the guy that scheduled it literally assured me that I would not be charged a diagnostic fee ($70) if I chose to get the work done! Then somehow, I end up in a drama whirlpool for 30 minutes talking to people that I have never talked to before! I asked for the person I scheduled the appointment with the person who told me that they would waive the $70 diagnostics fee. All of a sudden that person doesn’t exist! All of a sudden, I’m a liar! All of a sudden they can’t give me a receipt via email! All of a sudden, they don’t do breakdowns of how much anything costs! The boss hung up on me was rude as hell Telling me that’s not what he said! Meanwhile, in the background, I can hear that guy putting the washer back together ! But yet he wouldn’t take my email so he could send me that recorded conversation we just had two days ago! Would not recommend! Definitely not professional at all! Crooks!

The manager answering the phones was super nice and helpful. They were able to get someone out to look at our fridge same day. The technician who came out was super friendly and respectful and got the job done quickly. Definitely recommend.

I’m out $100 bucks for nothing! They didn’t even get the diagnosis correct! Said it was the rollers and the belt and it ended up being a pulley. Ordered the part and fixed it ourselves for a fraction of the cost. That’s what YouTube and google are for!

Alex arrived promptly, within 2 hours of call, to diagnose problem with Electrolux washer. Returned following day promptly at scheduled time with needed parts to complete repair. Courteous, prompt and efficient. Highly recommend

Technician Oleksandr inspected my washer for approximately 20–30 minutes and concluded that the issue was the spin basket assembly, stating it would cost $800 to replace. As any reasonable customer would, I asked for a breakdown of the cost and an explanation of how he determined that this specific part was the cause of the problem. He was unable to explain and instead dismissed my questions by saying the washer was old.

I followed up by calling the company directly and asked how the same part for a 2004 washer could be found online for around $200. The supervisor responded that they purchase parts from a “reputable website.” When I explained that the part I found was an OEM part from a reputable source, no explanation was given for the significant price difference.

I then requested to speak with a manager, owner, or someone higher up, but was repeatedly told that no one was available. At no point was a clear diagnosis, justification, or cost breakdown provided.

This experience gave the impression that the company assigns inflated, arbitrary prices without being able to clearly explain the root cause of the issue or justify their diagnosis—yet expects customers to blindly trust them. After reading other reviews, I noticed a consistent pattern of similar complaints. At this point, it’s clear the issue is not the customers.

At first I wasn’t happy with the price, but the company actually reached out to me afterward and made it right. That kind of follow-through says a lot, and for this reason I would recommend them.

I had a great experience. Discovered late Tuesday afternoon that my washer wasn’t agitating. The tech, Alex, was scheduled for the next morning. He had to get 2 parts but was back to finish the job early in the afternoon. While speed was important given I was preparing for surgery, quality was even more important. I’m delighted with speed, quality, price and courtesy of service.
