I am posting this review not because I have used their service but because this morning at an office building that has several businesses, some health related and a very small parking lot I arrived for an appointment and their truck had two handicapped parking spaces taken up by one of their trucks. I took a picture and the driver of the truck saw me and asked me if I took a picture, I replied yes because you are taking up two handicapped spaces that people need. He said he had permission to park there, I asked by whom and he replied” my boss”. Well shame on his boss for telling him he could park there if in fact it is true. Those parking spaces are for people that need them and they have to have a registration on file to park there, I am pretty sure your company doesn’t have that.

These people have been an inconvenience around Charlotte for years. You can tell the 5 star reviews on the page are from employees of the company, probably getting compensated for the review. The reason I’ve finally decided to leave a review, is the fact your truck that says “safety is my goal, how and I doing HZ932” decides to just park in a way that takes up two driveways right off queens rd. I was servicing one of the homes and my bumper was sticking out onto queens road. The home I was servicing belongs to a couple of elderly people. Couldn’t get around this guys truck, what really made it special, he get out of his truck and proceeds to walk three houses down to do whatever he was doing. Being in blue collar, have some respect for the people around you. It shows y’all don’t care about your service either, look at your reviews.

Quick and efficient at getting back to us and getting a quote on a big job

Never had them out to my house and never heard of them. Got a $400 charge from them on my credit card.

The remodeling my kitchen and part of the mud room... Nice guys and a definite improvement on the 1st set of lowes contractors... but very overpriced based on the end result... didn’t bother putting in the heat register below the kitchen sink just left a gaping hole... paint droplets everywhere on my granite and deck... screws sticking out of walls... pencil markings on all the cabinets from doing measurements... just subpar... I believe they are over worked but the customer shouldn’t pay for that... and the company has high turnover in the office...

We hired Reliable Remodeling for our MBA shower renovation. We had our old unit removed & a new tile shower installed. Every step of the entire process was wonderful, with Reliable. Everyone who came to work on our job did a great job doing what they did; worked well together; worked hard to keep our house clean (for example, used canvas drop cloth from the front door to MBA); communicated well with me about how the process was going; did their work on schedule; & followed county inspection procedures properly;. The price for the job was competitive & the finished shower looks amazing. We would definitely recommend Reliable Remodeling to others & have done so, already & we would definitely hire them again. I was referred to Reliable Remodeling by a friend, and needed to 1) remodel my guest house 2) remove old carpets and replace it with wooden floors. David and Tom was took the project and came back with the bid I felt comfortable with. They finished this two projects pretty fast. Their workers were polite and very skillful. Both David and Tom communicated well from start to finish. I am very pleased with their job. The result is stunning! I will def call them again.

My wife and I worked with Blake recently to test a new apartment we had moved into for mold after finding what appeared to be a severe mold infestation that was hidden from us by the leasing office of our complex. We requested a quote through Angi for a mold specialist and Blake called us on that same Sunday morning as he was on his way into church. Blake was exceptionally kind and agreed to come to the property to test it that afternoon.

Blake did all the tests necessary for a fantastic rate (significantly less than the other quotes we had been given) and informed us that even from a visual inspection alone he knew the apartment was unsafe for us to reside in. He advised us to leave the premises and move our belongings out so they wouldn't be contaminated. We were so grateful for Blake's advise as my wife is 17 weeks pregnant and the health of our baby is our utmost priority.

Blake promptly got our lab results and professional report back to us within less than two days and provided the evidence we needed to terminate our lease and get out of a very unsafe living situation. On top of everything, Blake called us multiple times to check in and see if there was anything else he could do to help us during a very stressful time in our lives.

I truly was blown away by not only Blake's knowledge, expertise, and professionalism, but also his genuine care for us. Blake obviously loves what he does and has a desire to not just run a reputable business but also to help people in need.

We moved into our house a few years ago and were concerned with the condition of our HVAC. Two local HVAC companies tried to sell us on replacing all of our duct work.

Not only did Blake and Brad save us from a needless, expensive replacement but they cleaned our ducts and return so thoroughly it was hard to even recognize it. The amount of debris they pulled out was astonishing. It legitimately looked like they had put in new ducts.

They were so thorough, friendly and trustworthy and the services they provided were a very fair price, especially when you compare it to the cost of replacement. I can’t recommend these guys enough! Id give them 10 out of 5 stars if I could!

Blake and his crew are very genuine business men. They do excellent work at a very great price. The quality is excellent they cleaned my ductwork plus done some mold control and was very clean about it didn’t leave no mess. They live up to their name with integrity.
