Called in the morning a week ago because my AC wasn’t working. I was told that they would be over that afternoon to check it out. I never heard from them and they never came. I called them back before 5 PM to check in to see if they were still coming. No answer. I called several times the next day to see if they were still planning on coming. I left several messages and no one ever called me back. It’s been a week and I still haven’t heard from them. Needless to say I found someone else to fix my AC.

First I have to say I used to use Atlantic Heating and Cooling but found out that One Hour took over them and I never received a letter informing me of this so I was a little annoyed with that but they did send a gentleman out told me I would need a new compressor that would cost$4500 plus installation said I was better off with a new system ( its a 20 year old system) so they came over gave me a price of almost $13, 000 dollars not taking into account that my wife and I are both senior citizens ( me in my 70s my wife almost 80 with health problems) talked to a few people and they thought that was kind of hi show them everything they were going to replace and said that at most it should only be about $8,500 dollars nice people but overpriced

Demetri is awesome. He did a very thorough check of my Heat Pump. Always courteous and efficient. Highly recommend!

Had my upstairs system replaced. The 2 gentleman did a great job and were very professional. Very courteous. Hard working with 110 degree heat index. I honestly do not know how they did it. These gentlemen are one of the reasons I chose One Hour and will continue to use them. I do apologize to them for not knowing their names because they do deserve recognition. I would definitely recommend One Hour. Great price and my sales person Ron Seidman helped me a lot.

Ductwork mods supporting a remodel. Forgot 2 techs names; lead guy had long blond hair. Both seemed very capable.

Amber was efficient, polite and kept the lines of communication open so I knew what was happening. It's sometimes difficult when you own a rental and you are not able to oversee the repair. I trust she did a great job and I love that I had a woman! They usually have an great eye for detail!

Chris did a great job. It is always a pleasure working with the team. Chris explained everything and made sure we were in good shape with a plan for the not-too-distant future.

Wow...I thought I had a major problem with my system and the thermostat. Chris quickly figured out my drain line under the air handler drip panel was glogged. IT WAS... He cleard it with solutions, checked the thermostat and checked the coolants and electronics outside...Everything else was perfect...Thank you Daikin manufacturer..Great equipment Great Service.

I have to say the process from start to finish was amazing. I spoke with them early this morning, and the woman who answered the phone was very clear and precise with the information that I gave them and how everything would work I got a phone call from Byron before he arrived as well as a confirmation from the company as to what he looked like. he was on time, prompt professional, friendly, and extremely informative on how my 12 year-old units were working and had the AC cooling down our upstairs unit before he left. We’re very appreciative. I would recommend them!

I appreciate getting a phone call from the Technician confirming was HVAC system was operating well, but that he saw evidence of rodent activity in my attic. I can have that addressed before they do any damage to my vacation rental home that is closed up for the winter months. Great service.
