Arrived before appointment time. Amber was courteous, professional , and informative. She explained everything that was wrong with my system in layman's terms so I could understand. Much to my dismay my system repair will cost $$$.,but I appreciate the evaluation.

I contacted One Hour yesterday and understanding they could not get anyone to service our system until the next day. The day day came and Gary notified me he was on the way, Gary arrived when he said he would and went right to work. By the time Gary finished, Gary had my home heating again but stated he could not complete the job because of a part which needed to be replaced. Gary stated he would order the part and come back to complete the job. Gary did not try to take advantage of our situation and only charged me the service fee which he deserved and so much more. I am Thankful I contacted One Hour and they sent Gary to service my issue. I will be using One Hour Services for any future projects.

Matthew completed an inspection and performed maintenance on a recently purchased property’s units. He is very knowledgeable, didn’t hesitate to answer questions, and provided valuable feedback. I would love to have him back for any future repairs or tune up work!

(06/2025)Communication with the office and technician was fabulous, each time. I’m thrilled that they were able to get an appointment faster than anticipated. Walter did an excellent job quickly diagnosing and fixing our problem.

New review (12/4/2025, Amber as technician): Amber answered all of my questions and helped me understand my equipment. I appreciate that she looked up and used the warranty on one system to help with its compressor replacement.
The office staff is always great and they’re on time for service and knowledgeable. Amber and I communicated via phone while she did the work in my house without me there.

Update 12/10/25 (Tom as technician). Today was an under warranty compressor replacement and Tom was efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. He cleaned up the worksite nicely and answered all of my questions thoroughly.

Amber has come to our home a few times now and always delivers a truly top-tier experience. She consistently goes above and beyond on every visit. Her communication is excellent, and she always takes the time to walk us through the service, explain anything to keep an eye on for the future, and she shares helpful tips to extend the life of our two systems. One Hour has definitely earned our loyalty!

Amber was my technician for bi-annual tune up and she is amazing! Courteous,professional, and I love that she has done these checks for me the last 3 times so she is familiar with my system. Highly recommend One Hour H&C!

If I could leave a 0, I would. I had Jay come out to check out my HVAC unit as I knew I was going to need a new one. He then sent me an estimate for a new one. He did recognize the problem I had with moisture, but he did not go under my crawl space to check out the ducts. The estimate said little about duct work. I asked him about it and he assumed I was using old duct work? I don’t go under my house, I have no idea what the duct work looks like. Was suppose to call me back the next morning to reschedule an actual correct inspection. Day 2. No call.. yet I get an email again with the estimate regarding what to do to sign it. Thank you Hudson Air for doing the job correctly. Would never refer this company to anyone !!!

From scheduling the estimate to speaking with employees to the installation, so far everything has been top notch. The gentleman that did the estimate was very courteous (made sure his shoes were clean and didn’t track dirt inside like another company did) and knowledgeable. He answered my questions and provided explanations to anything I asked. I was able to speak with the owner who got back to me quickly with answers, even after normal hours. The ladies in the office for scheduling and billing were easy to work with and the two tech that came out to do the work were great!! They laid drop cloths and even swept up after installing everything. Even with a late evening finish of replacing an entire HVAC system on a cold day close to Christmas, they always kept a great attitude and so far the system is working great!

We had our semi-annual HVAC inspection and maintenance work this last week. Amber Ballance was the tech and did a great job! She was highly professional, very detailed and thorough. She covered any potential issues we could have including making sure to put a reminder for the fall inspection to have the UV bulbs with her for replacement as their time would be up, saving us an extra call. Great job and a very professional.
