My 'getting old' HVAC unit has been struggling in this recent high heat 🥵 🔥. So at the advice of Tony, my great grandson's father, I made an appointment with Reliable Heating and Air. Allen, the dispatcher sent me a reminder message yesterday and this morning he sent me another message saying that Service Technician, Gerardo Perez was on his way. Gerardo was awesome and I'll tell you why. He introduced himself then asked me pertinent questions regarding my concerns. I then went back to a book I was reading as Gerardo tended to business. I made a few observations and noticed he did several things that a former HVAC company I used did not do. Some being: Gerardo put on shoe covers before entering my home. He turned down the thermostat to 70 and placed diagnostic instruments on the inside unit and one on the air registers on the floor. When he went outside to work on the unit part, I peeked out the window and noticed a sprayer and bucket. After he was all done, he told me the inside drain was backing up and he flushed it out. I thought that the drain wasn't working right when the former company I used told me it wasn't a problem. I was so appreciative of Gerardo's work that I am going to sign up for Reliable Heating and Air Maintenance Program.

I’ve been a long term customer at Reliable Heating and Air. They provide excellent customer service. Their technicians are well trained and knowledgeable. My last service was done by Jose. He did exceptional job and explained everything he did. I needed UV light for my unit and Jose and the management at Reliable were very accommodating to make sure I get the best quality and good price too. Will definitely keep using them.

As always Diego was on time and knowledgeable. Able to explain my concerns in easily understandable terms.

Ron was professional, friendly, and courteous. He even showed me how I'd put an air filter in backwards, and showed me how to determine the direction of air flow.

We hired Reliable because our HVAC unit stopped working and was in need of replacement. They were recommended by our subdivision neighbors that used them as well. They also had had competitive pricing that was lower then some of our other quotes.We had some issues arise with install but Antonio at Reliable has worked with us constantly to make sure all issues were resolved. Antonio and Deigo have really put in a lot of time and effort to make sure all of our concerns and expectations were met. A huge thanks and after the services they provided to rectify the issues we will continue to use them for service.

Ron Vaughan provided excellent service not to mention great customer service! Arrived on time and got the job completed in a timely manner. He took the time to make sure I understood the maintenance needed and went over the filter needs thoroughly. Will use Reliable for all future heat and air needs.

He came to give me an estimate...did not have service. He was polite and explained everything to my satisfaction.

I want to say that Chris Gonzalez was not only professional and thorough in his work. He was also extremely polite and courteous, and made a senior citizen like myself feel safe and concern. For when we went outside to talk he encouraged me to stand in the shade to avoid the direct son And when he explained the situation, he was not condescending, but was very direct and very knowledgeable about the problem and solution. He did a great job. Thank you.

I would like to highly compliment Juan Disla for the HVAC service he has provided over the past month. He was able to diagnose my HVAC problem and recommended the solution. Based on my experiences with HVAC techs, he is super knowledgeable & friendly and I think he is a tremendous asset to Reliable.

Company was very communicative. The tech, Gerardo, was courteous and knowledgeable.

Be careful. I was very suspicious of the tech's claim that I needed $8K in upgrades to a two year old system, that they originally installed. They showed me photos of what they claimed was mold in my system, with an aggressive sales pitch. I got a second opinion, and no mold was found in my system. The second opinion stated that my system was nearly pristine. Reliable attempted to run the same story with several of my neighbors.

Juan was exceptional and extremely knowledgeable in the field of Heating and cooling (HVAC). He educated me on the ideal climate in the home and steps to ensure my family breathe the best air possible. He went above and beyond to ensure my system is performing and in the best condition. I really appreciate his knowledgeable insight, counsel and expertise! If you call on Reliable Services, please ask for Juan! He is a true professional!!

I was very pleased with my technician, Diego. I had a number of questions regarding my system, which he answered. His experience And Competence were Apparent.

Chris from Reliable Heating & Air came out today and did a great job of going over all I needed to know about my HVAC system. Also explained the benefits of the service contracts and detailed all the maintenance . Did a great job. And then Allen gave me a follow up call to let me know the warranty was registered and also went over the service contracts to make sure I understood. All in all what great service!!

Craig came to give me a quote on replacing my HVAC system and he was very courteous and informative and explained everything to me that I needed to know.

I can only say great things about the staff and service at Reliable Heating and Air! It’s a stressful time when your AC goes out on a 90 degree day, but they were so helpful and accommodating. A tech came out right away. I knew my system needed to be replaced so we talked about options and pricing. The price was less than the competition. They came out on a holiday and replaced my entire system in one day! The techs were professional and kind. I would highly recommend this company!

We called these folks to come service a faulty thermostat and they were absolutely fantastic! The technicians (Juan and an apprentice…sorry I missed her name) were very though and took the time to ensure I understood what they were doing and answer any questions. We also needed to have preventative maintenance done on both our units and they were able to accommodate that in addition to the initial service needed. Definitely recommend these folks and would suggest requesting these techs if you can! They were awesome!

Had our winter service/tune up visit from Juan - he’s a true professional! Experienced, thorough, knowledgeable. He knows what he’s doing and delivers great service. Very much appreciate him!!
