TRG has been a great company for all my HVAC needs. They stand by their work, and if there is an issue, they make sure it's done right. The technicians have all been very friendly and communicate clearly what may be the issue/resolution. Most recently, Morris came to my house to resolve a warranty issue and was an outstanding person to work with.

Originally another company said I needed both heat and air replaced so I called TRG for a 2nd opinion. I only needed air replaced so the cost was almost half the price. The crew came on time and were very nice to work with and respectful.

When I tell you this is the best HVAC company in Raleigh and surrounding areas, I'm telling you they are the BEST. I'm talking every area you can think of. They're excellent fast communicators, dependable, honest, fairly priced, pleasant, and most of all excellent at what they do. I had a rock hit my hvac system and damage a coil causing a leak. They came out quick in the evening, mapped out a plan and gave me my options. It was either attempt to repair it or completely replace it. I went with the repair option and Brandon S. gave it his full effort and it worked! Saved me a ton of money. Did I mention he came back and reinstalled the coil in the pouring rain? We won't even consider working with any other HVAC company from here on out. Thank you again TRG!!!

Lightning strike near my home disabled my units. Service technician Zach was very prompt. Explained everything what had happened. Came up with a solution and got my units back up and running. Thanks again if I could use 10 stars, I would.

Fantastic service! They showed up the same day we called. Brandon and Paul found our issue within minutes and had us running again in less than 30 minutes. I cannot express our appreciation enough and recommend Triangle Repair Group to everyone I know.

I didn't see my original post after rating this company, but wanted to reiterate my experience. Tech was very professional and nice and helpful in explaining issue. Also the staff, the girls , in office were very accommodating and understanding and very professional.thank you all for going the "extra mile"to assist a new customer..i too am in customer service and will definitely recommend your company to anyone with an hvac issue! These people made a horrible situation their priority, and i for one won't forget it!!!☺️

Do not expect them to come out and service your home unless it’s an “emergency.” I scheduled to have my dyer vent looked at 3 times and no one ever showed up! I called multiple times, I waited at home, I understood the excuses that we’re in a heat wave so those calling for their ac to be fixed same day had priority. I get it. The employees at the company said they would call 30 minutes prior during the 3 hour window that the employee was to show up, I waited until the window was almost up with 15 minutes left and being told to wait or reschedule. Absolutely ridiculous!! 6 days and 3 of those days scheduled and I never saw a technician. On the last day, I called because I received a text at 8:43 a.m. saying the job at my house had been finished even though the tech hadn’t shown up yet, window 8-10. I called to see why this happened and was told he accidentally clicked finished instead of on his way. I was told he had a flat tire and that’s why he hadn’t shown up yet, but was on his way. Fine, I waited, I get it, just wanted to make sure he was coming by. I waited an hour, called back, was told he had to stop at the shop for someone else’s parts but he just left and was on his way to me and should be there shortly. I waited another hour, called back. I was told he was doing the best he could and he’d be there eventually. When I scheduled this last attempt, I was told I would be the first stop of the day, he never showed up! The employee finally told me she was out of excuses for him, that if it were any other company coming out to do a free quote… I cut her off and said it was unacceptable. She told me she would have her boss reach out to me, I canceled. How ridiculous!!! Do not go with this company or you’ll be waiting around all day for nothing!!!

Brandon at Triangle Repair Group installed my home HVAC system and a Mini-Split heat pump for a basement apartment. Both experiences were without issue and were performed with professionalism and expertise. They ALWAYS respond within a couple of hours and have been very responsive. Last summer Brandon walked me through fixing my own HVAC system when I explained the symptoms - saving me the wait and expense of a service call! As he suspected, it was the drain water level switch which I was able to fix myself in 5 minutes.

New review! 6/28/25. I had Triangle Repair Group perform a maintenance service recently. Due to no fault of TRG, the unit would not cycle on the next morning. With one call, a tech was sent out at 4 am on Saturday and I was back up and running in minutes. Kudos to TRG for top notch service.

Tom was amazing. He was quick and provided excellent information and suggestions. I also want to give a shout out to Christina that was so very patient with me with every phone call. Her customer service was above par! Highly recommended!

I had Brandon here last summer to check out an issue with our one AC unit. He was so incredibly thorough and knowledgeable that I did not hesitate to call on TRG again today. The response time and customer service is top notch and frankly the best I’ve seen. Pricing is also very fair but it’s the customer support and trust I have in TRG and Brandon that I value the most. We will be getting a new system in a few months and I will not hesitate to call on them once again. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed!!

Very impressed with the professionalism throughout the entire process. They were super busy and still took the time to diagnose what was going on with my unit, get the parts, and come back the next day to fix it! They also came back the following day to make sure the compressor they put in was running correctly. The price was right and I would recommend them to everyone. I am a very happy customer and will use Triangle Repair Group from now on!

Triangle Repair Group is awesome! They replaced our Rheem A/C condenser on time and below what the original installer quoted us. They were great to work with, and they didn't try to upsell us. So when I'm looking for a new HVAC system, or if my existing systems need repair, they're who I'm going to. I highly recommend these folks.
