I can’t say enough goods things about their service. Our HVAC system went down Wednesday evening. Thursday morning I called for service and they were repairing my unit by the afternoon. As it would turn out our 26 yr old unit was finally done. Friday morning a new HVAC system was being installed. Our technician was very informative and gave us several options to choose from. We are very happy with Greenergy and would highly recommend their services.

Greenergy installed an entire HVAC system for us in January after our furnace failed. Mark and the team were excellent start to finish. They’re courteous, knowledgeable and great at explaining what they’re doing and why. They also didn’t try to sell us the greatest/most expensive unit, just the unit that was right for our home. I really appreciated that.

They’ve been back for a few jobs and continue to do excellent work. They just cleaned out our (long overdue) dryer vent, see the picture. I’d recommend them to anyone.

When your house is only 4 years old, you don't expect to have the problems I was having but low and behold no A/C in 90+ degree weather. I have a Lennox air conditioner and first contacted them, they sent out Raleigh Heating & Air who quoted me $3k worth of work including a $228 charge just to check for a leak. Well after I picked my jaw off the floor I called Air Essentials. Lots of my neighbors had recommended them and I quickly learned why. Not only were they shocked to see someone charge to look for a leak, they tried their best to get to me as soon as possible. They were quick and responsive and were able to get my A/C fixed at half the price and a day early. Jay and Patricia are some of the sweetest people you will meet, and you know they'll take care of you. Even after the work was done and paid for, Patricia called to make me aware of a class action lawsuit against Lennox for faulty coils so I could get some money back for having to replace it. If I or anyone I know has any issues I won't hesitate to recommend Air Essentials, Inc. It was nice working with honest, kind people who didn't nickel and dime and single lady like myself. Our electricity bills had increased dramatically, so we called Air Essentials to come out and take a look. They found the unit was constantly hot and fixed it on the spot. The next month our electricity bill went down by 30%! I appreciate their prompt service, reasonable rates, and industry knowledge. I'll definitely call them again for any other issues.

My A/C went out on a Sunday (96-degree day), I called Air Essentials and the team was at the house within 2 hours. Jay did diagnostic on the unit, found the issue and fixed the 16-year-old unit but explained in detail why I was losing cooling. I knew the unit was at EOL (16 years) and they were the only company I would let service my Goodman unit. Patricia and her team were very helpful to find a new unit within days. Jay and his team installed the unit in a day and showed how to program the Honeywell digital thermostat. They also helped with different financing options. Very professional, excellent customer service and follows up after any issues or installation. I would strongly recommend this family owned and local company.

They repaired condenser, but still not doing properly later that night. They came next day and took care of other issue no charge. I have used air essentials many years now. They put in new hvac systems in place of what came with house. I am very pleased with their service and would highly recommend air essentials.

I've been using Air Essentials for about a decade now and they are the only HVAC company I will use. Jay has been doing service and repair of my HVAC at two different homes and has always given good advice on what to do to help the longevity of my system. The team has always been honest about what repairs cost, and what is not worth doing. I have had them install a complete system on one house. In my current home Jay was able to find all kinds of sub par work that caused a leak in my attic and fix it properly. Every time they do work I have the utmost confidence that the system will work properly. Could not recommend them more.

Our upstairs AC stopped working the night before the hottest day of the year. We called after hours to get in the queue for repair - and talked to a real human (not a chat-bot!) who took our info. Patricia returned the call at 8:00 a.m. and had us scheduled for later in the morning. Jay had the unit repaired shortly after noon. Prompt, professional, and courteous service from start to finish.

I just want to say that Jay did an excellent job today, on time, diagnose the problem within minutes and was able to correct the problem with his spare parts. Like most people, whenever you have any kind of heating or air-conditioning that goes out, you just wonder what the experience is going to be to have it repaired. Needless to say, the experience was nothing but positive and I would highly recommend air essentials again thanks again Jake.

My experience with them was great! I am local to Knightdale and am so glad I found them. My A/C was down in a rental and they were very prompt and on time. They let me know the issue and the cause and were honest in their work. Jay was our tech and I know who I will be calling moving forward.

When I needed a new heating and cooling system installed many years ago. Air Essentials, Inc. was the one I chose. I could have not asked for a better company. They have been a great company to work with and always been there when you need them. I only needed and check up and tuning this time and it was fantastic. On time complete and efficient. If you need HVAC system it is the only company I would call.

We ended up needing our upstairs and downstairs HVAC units completely replaced including duct work. Jay and his team did a great job. They worked very clean. The city inspector came to inspect everything post installation and kept commenting on how great the work was done. I highly recommend Air Essentials.

I had an issue with my unit and the next day I called in the morning, no appointment, and they had sent someone within the hour. Jay was extremely helpful and explained everything in detail what was going on with my unit. He was extremely honest and did a great job fixing my unit.

I have used Air Essentials for years; they are honest and know what they are doing. If I ever have any issues with my heat or ac not working I know they will get me up and running quickly. They did not pressure for me to buy a new unit (my system is ancient). I know that my time is running out and I will need to replace my ac unit soon and Air Essentials will be the one I call!!

Jay at Air Essentials is the best at diagnosing the problem and then recommending a fix instead of trying to talk you into replacing the entire system like other companies usually do.

Air Essentials will now be my go to HVAC company. From start to finish, they provided great customer service and competitive pricing. They fit me in same day for an AC that wasn't working in 80+ degree heat. Seriously impressed with how they went above! Five stars all day.
