I had an appointment scheduled for 1:00-3:00 Jay called and asked if he could come earlier. I said sure, come on. He had me up and running before 1:30. He said o have a 5 year warranty on the HVAC but it ended tomorrow. The part was free and all I had to pay was the service call and the labor. I was extremely happy. I would recommend them to anyone.

My AC went out on a Saturday morning. I received service later that morning from Air Essentials and after replacing the Capacitor and checking the HVAC system the unit was fixed.
I was very pleased with the quick response and would recommend Air Essentials to my neighbors and friends.

Air Essentials came out for our annual maintenance service very promptly. They found some issues ( including a gas leak😐) that were fixed right away. The individuals were very knowledgeable and personable. We will continue to use their service! Good quality service!!

Jay & Patricia have been servicing our heat pump now since 2006 and any time we've ever needed them they've always been great to work with. Just recently our compressor completely died and we worked with them to come up with a more efficient system. To make a long story short, we completely redesigned our system to a variable speed dual zone system that's been running great. We're totally satisfied with all the employees that were here over the two day process and excited about how nice the system is running. We would recommend working with them and if you're looking for good friendly folks to work with we'd tell you to work with Air Essentials.

Jay did a fantastic job working on my HVAC system. He was very knowledgeable and informative with everything that he was providing when servicing my system.

Jay is hands down the best HVAC tech I have ever worked with. He is fantastic at diagnosing issues and correcting them the first time so you don’t have repeat problems. We fully trusted him to replace our system that serves our 2nd/3rd floor after a lightning strike fried our old unit. Trust me, you cannot go wrong with Jay on the case and it will be worth every penny you pay for his services!

Air Essentials has always provided great service on our HVAC system. We have used them for many years. They have always been very quick to respond and very friendly and honest to deal with. We have signed a maintenance agreement with them and they come out every spring and fall to make sure everything is running smoothly for our heating and cooling seasons. We highly recommend Patricia and Jay. They are great people!

Patricia was able to have a technician help me as soon as I called and got him out the next day! I was quoted over $7k for a new ac unit from another company (saying that was the problem) and the gentleman, I forgot his name, simply took my nest off and fixed my problem. After accessing and changing wires he figured out the problem that day! I am so grateful and will not only recommend Air Essentials I will use them again and again!

Within minutes, I received a confirmation text from Jay and he arrived as he said he would. He methodically tracked down the issues and resolved them. Jay was here on time and smiling. He dispatched with the work efficiently, and was ready for my signature before I knew it. This twice-yearly check is CRUCIAL for me -- I can catch any problems before they "hatch," and it ensures that my system keeps running like it should. It give me confidence that I don't lose heating or cooling at the worst possible time (isn't that often the case?).
