Servicing/cleaning was so through that once finish. I felt like I could eat off of it. But “all in all” I was very pleased with the work that allowed my gas fireplace to come back on line with a new pilot assembly.

I had Greenergy come to the house a few times for general maintenance and an HVAC replacement. They are helpful in explaining the scope of the problem, breakdown of the cost, explanations of various options and going over the pros and cons of each choice. I had some confusion over some of the options but they were very patient to make sure I understood. I have some more work I need done soon on some appliance related detail and will be contacting them again soon because the team has been very responsive and helpful. It is nice to have a reliable HVAC company local to Knightdale.

Greenergy was great! They were very good at communicating with me throughout the scheduling and appointment making process. They did a great job doing maintenance on my 30-year-old fireplace for a reasonable and fair price. I highly recommend them.

First i was told the technician would be here between 8 and 10. Then it changed to 10 to 12. Then I was informed 4 to 6. This company lies on their website when they state they are on time every time.

Mark came out for an after hours service. He was the first to respond of all the companies I called. It was a heat wave and our AC quit working. He was here within the hour and had us cooled off within the next hour!!! He was professional, efficient, kind and explained everything to us. The price was very reasonable and the service was so fast! He saved us from a hotel or melting in the heat wave. I was so grateful because we have an older dog that can’t do the heat.
