Mark called to let us know when he would arrive. Based on our brief description of what we wanted Mark suggested a couple of solutions and some alternatives. He contacted the manufacturer for a possible solution. We really appreciate Mark’s efforts to find a cost effective solution.

I had an issue with a fan/LED light in my kitchen where it quit working. I was so happy that Weather Master sent out a gentleman named Pat, who was extremely amazing. He called me 30 minutes ahead of time and knew exactly what to do to attend to our needs. I highly recommend Weather Master for your services. I also had a new hot water heater put in that was very complicated by Andy from Weathermasters. He and Pat are both superior technologies when it comes to their craft.

Weather Master maintains our heating and cooling systems each year. Consistently great service and proactive recommendations to keep everything running well. Easy scheduling and always great communication. Technicians are professional and courteous.

Multiple experiences trying to get the same thing fixed, and every experience so far with them has been completely unsatisfying. The first trip out here the person came to fix my water heater and messed up my water pressure and still did not fix the water heater. I had to call the company to get someone else out here. He came out the next day fixed the problem that the technician caused and told me he had to order a part for my hot water heater and it should be in within 2 to 3 weeks. Two months later, I had to call the company and ask what was going on. Today I’m sitting at my house. It is currently 4:51pm my service was scheduled between one and four I have not received any phone calls text messages or email telling me why they’re late or if they’re coming still. I had to take off work to meet the guy here. When I called their office, it sent me to a third-party phone number and the guy just told me the office was not available, but I could try back before 5 o’clock. This is not the way professionals do business. I am currently working on a large commercial project with Weather Masters and this experience makes me not even wanna work with them there!

WeatherMasters Heating and Cooling come out to do A PM on my HVAC system. This was included in the warranty on the HVAC system. George and Jeff were excellent. They we prompt, efficient and got the job done very quickly.

I do not recommend this company. While the sales people are responsive, quick, and promise 100% satisfaction, the rest of the group does not live up to the promise. The fins on the new unit were bent at installation. Were told to expect a call to schedule an inspection, that never happened, we had to call and follow up. We were trying to get part of the replacement costs covered by our equipment replacement insurance but Anthony would not return our calls or emails where all we needed was a simple form completed. No one else in the office would return calls like they said either. We had to have the sales person reach out to him to call us. He refused to fill out the form and said have the adjuster call him. The adjuster was finally able to reach him directly and he told him that 6 year old coils failed from wear and tear so our claim was denied. A coil has no moving parts and do not normally fail after 6 years so he obviously was either being spiteful or just saying anything to get off of the call. I do not understand since the claim has nothing to do with their company. They just had to complete the form saying what they found. I only give 2 stars because the initial response was good and we do have a working unit now but I do not recommend this company.

He stayed well past normal hours to make sure I felt confident in my decision and that the system would be installed before the snow—even though I had a prior obligation that delayed installation by a day.

The installation crew, Adrian and Rogelio, were timely, efficient, and extremely respectful, covering my floors from wall to wall. They had my HVAC system and thermostat replaced and everything cleaned up by mid-afternoon.

Melinda handled the financing flawlessly- coordinating with my gas company and getting everything approved with zero stress on my part; all I had to do was complete a DocuSign.

Seamless, professional, and unmatched service from start to finish. I will never use another HVAC company again. Thank you WeatherMaster!

Absolutely love Weather Master ! Was lucky enough to have George come to my house today and ensure my system continues to work as expected. Not only was he super knowledgeable, but super friendly and personable as well! Also made sure I was aware of the benefits from our service plan to make sure I was able to utilize everything offered. Scheduled a twice a year maintenance service plan. Technician came in time frame Scheduled. Was polite and checked out hvac , diagnosed problem area , uncloged hoses , heat is working fine now. 🙂 Thanks Quality 👌

They were quick to come out and fix my A/C, polite, reasonable, and honest. They did not try to upsell me anything, unlike any other HVAC company I've dealt with previously. While other companies I've dealt with have always tried to tell me I needed a whole new system for $10k+, Quality Comfort Services has- both times I needed repairs- found the exact issue, explained it to me in detail (which I appreciated) and resolved it quickly, without extra nonsense, for a reasonable price. I have used their services for repairs twice now over the last few years and will be signing up for a service plan. They're great!

The technician that came out was very thorough and detailed in his service on my systems. He did a great job of explaining the status of my systems and what I may need to look at in the near and far future. They never fail to do a good job each time they come out.

Full system maint for 2x of each:
1. Full A/C system, including evaporator, condenser, capacitors, cleaning, pics, replacement of one low capacitor (extra $211 part and labor).
2. Full heating system, including furnace ductwork, air handler, cleaning, pics.
3. All recommendations for future replacements and maintenance. Two quotes for two different paths to get downstairs units replaced over time.

I forget the gentleman’s name that came out. Big beard. He was great! Professional and easy to talk to. He was there for a system maintenance. In and out in less than 30 minutes.
