The tech (Angel) was very professional and approachable. He explained all the inspections he had to perform. He did a great job. Most importantly he entered my home wearing clean shoe booties, I really appreciated him for wearing them without me having to say something to him.

You'll pay $100 for a quote that they'll refuse to provide you any information about what you're actually paying for i.e. materials, cost per hour, etc.... They wanted to charge most over $6,000 to add a gas line +35' to an exciting line they installed with the builder. They also installed our water lines and we barely get 40 lbs of pressure. Strongly recommend not using this business! Personally I will be following up with the BBB and NC state concerning.

He was kind and professional - explained the work that needed to be done and was transparent with pricing. My house is nice and warm! Thank you!!

This was such a good experience. It was easy to make an appointment and the technician was kind and very thorough. I had a clog, apparently, far, far away, lol. He had to work hard and do many different things to find it and clear it. He was persistent and finally found it. I was scared it was gonna be something terrible, because...Google, lol. But he was in and out in a few hours, and my dog liked him too!

Weather Master provided outstanding service! They came the same day, right on time, and quickly fixed a way leak at my kitchen sink. They also dissolved the clog and got the pipes working perfectly again. On top of that, they checked another faucet and fixed it as well. The team was professional, friendly, and fast. He performed a thorough inspection and reviewed his analysis with me afterwards supported with pictures he took of the critical internal components and load measurements. I have called a tech out for an issue i had when i first moved in my home he said it wasn’t nothing wrong it could be the pipes. The tech left said it was nothing he could do. Red flag because they are responsible for piping as well. I have called and called over a month going on two months leaving messages with secretary at the office she laughed when I told her what the problem was. She keeps telling me the manager will give me a call about my concerns I have yet heard from him. This is unprofessional. I’m not sure what the problem is it’s been going on too long and it only occur when it’s extremely cold in the winter. Once again I have not heard from anyone. I highly don’t recommend this company at all.

I ordered a system inspection of the furnace based on a coupon I saw in a local circular. I called and they scheduled the service promptly, they even called to confirm the appt the day prior to arrival. The technician was prompt and professional, performed the inspection and the service, and gave me some good advice moving forward. What I most appreciate was how he informed me of their service agreement options, but didn't make me feel pressured to get them. I definitely feel comfortable recommending them, and using them again in the future.

We've been using WeatherMaster for years and have always had a great experience with them. They installed bother of our Lennox systems and maintain them with a maintenance agreement.
