As has always been the case with Quality Comfort. Showed up on time, performed the preventive maintenance inspection and updated me on system status. Can’t ask for better than that.

Quality Comfort services was recommended to me by my neighbors, a few years ago. Quality Comfort Service have been my HVAC provider for a few years now. They have provided excellent customer service. They have made suggestions that were needed and made prompt repairs when necessary. I highly recommend them and their services because they are honest, true to their work, they make you feel safe, and they are very knowledgeable of what they're doing. When you call the office, their office personnel (Mrs. Tammy) exceeds in customer service and so do their technicians Ricky and Jorge. They all have a passion for their job and it shows. I appreciate your excellent and friendly customer service, honesty work ethic. Thank you Quality Comfort services for all that you do to make life easier for me.

Kenneth was very professional and personable. He explained things very well and was able to order the needed part for our heating unit for installation tomorrow.

I could say that Quality Comfort Services is a cool company. It would be more accurate to say that I'm cool because of them. It was hot in my house. They came when they said they would and a couple of hours later I was comfortable. The price was fair. My experience was a good one.

Highly recommend Quality Comfort. We had an emergency after hours call on one of the hottest days of the year and both technicians we worked with were thorough, friendly, and knowledgeable. Service was fast, priced fairly, and you can trust them.

My experience with Quality Comfort Services, Inc. has been less than pleasant. As they were working on installing new AC vents in our apartment they got dust and sediment all over our things. It's common sense to cover things before you start working directly over them but apparently the AC repair people either did not know this or simply did not care. When I confronted them with the issue they gave the excuse that because we live in an older apartment that dust will just travel all over the room. That excuse does not hold water when you consider the fact that the new vents they were installing went directly above our belongings that became covered in layer of residue. One of the employees was going to stand on my bed to work on the vents if I had not told him that we needed to move the bed first. They told us to get someone to fix the holes that they created. They cut into an area in the ceiling that seems to be where they initially planned to put the new vent in my room but decided to put it somewhere else, and just left it like that. They made a hole next to the new vent that was installed in my room. Also, when they were needing to get in the attic they created a hole, and at one point it looked like the lighting fixture was about to fall down.

In short, if you need AC repair I do not recommend Quality Comfort Services, Inc.

A/C Unit went out early on a Sunday morning. I called their 24/7 support line, and someone was at my house and the unit fixed within 2 hours. I can't be more pleased with the service, response, and general expertise of the technician that responded. I highly recommend Quality Comfort Services!

Overall great experience with this team! They are very knowledgeable, upfront, and provide Quality service.

The communication is top ten 🔟. I was aware of every step of the process and when the tech arrived he listened and knew exactly what the problem was. Even though he could not fix it immediately, he made it comfortable enough for us to have heat until the issue is fixed

AC was not cooling. Technician arrived on time, the same day. He diagnosed the problem and got the unit running again even though he had to order the parts for a final repair. The tech was very courteous and kept us informed. Will definitely use their service again.

Our service representative Ricky came prepared and completed his evaluation quickly, briefed us on the alternatives for repairing our AC, and then performed the service. The AC works fine and we have a continuing service contract with Quality Comfort. Very Satisfied!

We’ve had two great experiences with Quality Comfort Services! Everyone I’ve spoken to from scheduling the appointment to the tech has been so friendly and helpful. The technicians are knowledgeable, straightforward and the pricing feels very fair. Our AC stopped working and we were able to get a quick visit schedule, and problem was fixed in under an hour. Highly recommend!

Quality Comfort runs a great shop. The customer service was spot on when I called their main line for help a commercial AC system. The person who took the call was super helpful and walked me through scenarios. The tech that came out awesome, answered my questions and gave me all the information I asked for. I got the general feel there goal is to help customers and create relationships rather than running up the bill for a one in done. Great outfit, would recommend them.

We have been doing business with Quality Comfort for decades. Highly recommend them. Be sure to sign up for their service plan. They come out twice a year and check everything out for winter and summer. The owner and staff are very professional and easy to work with.
