Service was great! Easy to schedule and communicate schedule changes. Tony was a great technician! He made sure I understood the needed repairs and my options and was patient with my questions. He was kind, helpful, and patient. I trust the service and reliability of the repairs.

By 5:30 it was done! Very professional! I don’t know if Jordan Murray is a tech but he told me one tech called in so he came out and did the work. I highly recommend this company!!

While Gerardo was great and immediately found the issue, our maintenance engineer missed a seemingly simple issue and if they had identified it when they were here 2 weeks ago this emergency visit and almost $200 bill later could have been avoided.

Jose was knowledgeable and know what he has to do. He resolved the issue I called him for. He was polite and respectful, before leaving he showed me how everything was working fine and asked me if I have any question. Highly recommend.

We signed up for the maintenance package because we didn’t know units needed maintenance and we noticed a drop in efficiency. We sent a message on Street Fair on Sunday night and heard back Monday morning. We scheduled for the same day, the techs were early, very low key, got everything cleaned up and offered some suggestions to increase efficiency. There was no pressure or “upsell” to do anything, and the workers (we had Chris and another person whose name I don’t remember) were great and very professional. So glad we found these guys!

Jose is always very professional. He lets me know when he is on his way, and is friendly when he arrives. After checking the HVAC system he reports all of his findings to us, and tells us his recommendations if anything needs to be done. I like having the same technician service the house, and Jose is consistently our person. We are very pleased with him and Reliable.

We were having an issue with our heat and my husband called for someone to come and take a look. Diego came that same evening and he was wonderful! Thankfully it wasn’t a major issue and he had it fixed in no time! We are very happy with our service and would definitely call again. Highly recommend!!

The technician named Craig, showed up on time and was very professional from start to finish. He was knowledgeable of my unit, and was able to efficiently diagnose the problem I was experiencing. He thoroughly explained the problem to me, and showed me in writing what repairs needed to be done. The repairs were made based on Craig’s diagnoses, and the problem was resolved.

After working a full day, Juan got to my house about 6:00. Such a pleasant young man. He started right away and was there for about an hour. Before he left he made sure my furnace was working properly. I will definitely call Reliable again and ask for Juan.

Very professional! In spite of the hectic schedule due to the weather they made time to send one of their top men out to see what was going on with our system. Very courteous. Very kind- had to do repair in two trips due to parts needed to do repair. All in all, all three men that came out to tend to our system were top-notch and I would highly recommend using this business for your HVAC needs!
