This is an awesome HVAC company. From the people that answer the phone to the service techs that come to the house. My system broke last night and they were here first thing this morning. Highly recommend them! My A/C was out and I called and they came the same day to figure out what was wrong with it and also fixed it that day! I was so very appreciative of the work they done. Very nice crew as well.

The service technician was professional at repairs made to the copper tubing. Roofing Company had driven a nail into tubing . Sam was able to save most of the freon and capture in the unit. Very fortunate to have a knowledgeable technician with your company.

Mr. James was able to come look at my HVAC system and diagnose the problem efficiently and effectively. He then was able to correct it. When i made the request to have the motor blower cleaned he did so as well even though that task involved rewiring the motor afterwards. Overall i was pleased with his service and fair pricing. Would recommend and use again if need be. Thank you.

I can't even begin to say enough good things about these kind folks. They came out on a Friday, yes Friday, and fixed my 82 year old dad's air conditioning, and then came out on that same day, Friday, and fixed the unit at my business. They are honest and dependable. All of the men and the kind ladies that answer the phone are very nice. I highly recommend them.

The guys from James Heating showed up on time and they removed their shoes before entering my house. They worked together and did a great job. I got three bids and they gave me the best price. They are a Lennox dealer and installed my my previous Lennox furnace and AC unit and it lasted 24 years. I am completely satisfied their work and professional employees.

I had Southern Services , that did the original install to try to detect my problems and had a bad gut feeling and told them to close everything back up. This was the company recommended by Costco when we bought unit 5 yrs ago. I don’t blame Costco, they are great.
I called James Heating/AC and was definitely the best move I could have made. They were very honest and prompt and very reasonable , I was told that all defective parts were still under warranty . I highly recommend.

David, the repairman was respectful of my property and wasted no time getting busy. He asked the right questions and figured out what was wrong. My problem was fixed quickly using parts he had in the van. I rcvd a proper invoice and receipt on the spot.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with James Heating & A/C, Inc. David was the technician sent out to our house and he was on time, efficient, kind,knowledgeable. We called because our HVAC was not working at all and they got right out to us less then 24hrs. Wife said the woman she spoke with on the phone was also very helpful. Want to say thank you to the whole James Heating family and will be using/recommending their services in the future.

Called them for a breaker on the frame tripping. Came out said they fixed it. Also removed freon for unit. Following week I called them up again breaker was still tripping. They said they don't work on mobile homes. They didn't stand behind their techs work. Offered nothing but to tell me to call someone else. Now I have ac on and unit is freezing up like it needs freon. Makes me wonder if they did that to get a call back in summer.

James HVAC has always done me right on service and price. Most often same day/ next day service calls. No upselling and honest techs that explain what they are doing and recommend!

Sam did a great job working on my HVAC system. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and had a great personality.
