I am completely pleased with this company, so far. I say “so far” because Dillard is the only company of 8 I called to help me with an insurance issue. As a result, when the check comes to do the work, guess who gets my business….DILLARD. The Technician who checked the unit was knowledgeable, the process was easier than I expected, and my children won’t have to suffer upstairs any more.

I’m convinced, if you need work done, make sure you call the one! DILLARD (that sounds like a commercial hook)🤣

Absolutely the best folks to work with. Professional and courteous. Hard to find that these days. They do what they say they are going to do and stand behind their work. I will absolutely use them again and again!!

They are incredibly fast, professional, and reasonably priced. Our air stopped working in the dead of summer and they came out same day I called and fixed the air conditioner. Highly recommend!

Outstanding service! They installed a Mitsubishi mini split unit in our commercial kitchen. It has exceeded our expectations! They knew exactly what I needed for that space. Crew were very professional, and knowledgeable of the work being done. I would highly recommend!

This company is fantastic. Very Ethical and the repair technicians are so respectful and nice. I thought I may have to replace my HVAC System due to a previous company doing my service 2 years ago pushing me on the fact the system needed replacing. I called Dillard Heating & Air and they came out, fixed the problem and said the unit was working fine and did not need replacing. The unit is still working with no issues. Today, my rental house heat was not working. My renters are an elderly couple with disabilities. With the weather forecast showing below normal temperatures I called Dillard Heating & Air this morning and by 2:30 PM the heat was working and the cost was very reasonable. This company is so far ahead of other HVAC companies due to their response time, reasonable costs and just a great company to do business with.

Highly recommend Dillard heating and air. Noah always gets out to us in a timely manner no matter when we call and finds the problem quick. Best around in Davidson County for sure!

We just had 2 crews here from Dillard's replacing our worn out AC units. I can not say enough about the people. They were all friendly, helpful, took time to explain things and answers questions. One thing that stood out the most I think is that they were caring, they wanted what was best for us, and that felt really good in today's world. I would be proud to have these guys work for me. Just can not say enough good about them, or the job they did. Very happy with the entire process!

So far I have only contacted and spoke on the phone to schedule service but felt compelled to document the experience thus far. I admit I have a HIGH standard regarding service companies. I spoke to I believe it was Terry she was very helpful. The price she gave me was 1/4 of what another company wanted to charge and the other was trying to force into a maintenance contract vs just providing service. Anyway, she was upfront about the cost, we have 3 units so they offer multiple unit pricing, so big PLUS there. She was also upfront about the fact that there are people without AC right now and they feel they are a higher priority since ours is working it's just not working as it should be. And I agree if someone doesn't have any AC in this heat that should come before us, for health and safety resons. Even still they will try to get to us on Friday if not Monday. I can only hope the technicians that come out continue continue to exceed my expectations the way the office has the office has so far with my phone call I will certainly update my review at that time.

5 stars and I understand why. This was the most pleasant company to deal with. They were quick to get me scheduled, Noah knew exactly what to check first. Within 4 hours of the call the air was back up and running better than before. And the charges were very reasonable. Calling them was a good decision.

They came out same day and fixed the air for my 92 year old grandfather! They were very friendly and we greatly appreciate them!

Mr. Briar came out to service our a/c that we purchased brand new from a different hvac company. Our a/c needed 3lb Freon, which is not normal for a brand new unit in a year. He gave me excellent advice and tips to lookout for on the unit as well. Very friendly and honest, great personality. Customer service was great, they called ahead, and on time. Should we need there service again , we will call. Thanks man.

The men working for Dillard in lexington are great and very professional. They put my unit in in 2016 still works great. Last week my comparator went out I called and in no time they had it back up. Dillard is the only group that I let touch my A/C

I would recommend Dillard Heating & Air Conditioning to anyone needing service, repair, etc. In the past few years, I have had to call for service for my heat and air. All aspects of their service have been great. They are so polite and helpful on the phone. They are very timely in their responses to messages left on their phone, and in how quickly they have shown up at my house. Their workers are very mannerly and efficient in doing their job. I have been very satisfied in the work they have done for me. And lastly, I think their prices have been very reasonable. I would definitely tell anyone needing this kind of repair or work to call Dillard.

My AC went out today. I called Noah, they had a service tech out in under 30 minutes, he found my problem and had me back up running in under an hour from the time I called. It's great to see customer service like this in modern times. They will continue to be my first call

They took my call Saturday and were willing to be at my house first thing Monday morning. They didn't try to sell me more than what I needed. They were in and out in less than an hour and fixed everything that needed fixed. My air is fully working now. I highly recommend this company.

I have used Dillard HVAC for over 20 years. I’ve used them for my personal homes and with several investment properties. They are dependable and honest and have always gotten to me as quickly as possible. I appreciate and respect Jeff, Noah, and every service technician.

Noah, The owner of the company came out to check why our AC unit wasn’t cooling properly. It didn’t take him long to diagnose the problem. He offered several solutions to best fit our budget as well as our needs. This company is professional, knowledgeable, and truly caring.

Rapid response and incredibly courteous staff. I was contacted by phone shortly before Noah’s arrival, given an ETA and confirmation of understanding our concerns. He was respectful of my work occurring in the vicinity, yet also took time to explain what happened with our unit and his actions to perform repairs/maintenance. Fees were fair and clear. We’ve been using this company for years and absolutely recommend them.
