James Heating & A/C are experts at what they do. They are very friendly, courteous, and professional. They know how to fix it. They will answer just about any question you have regarding your heating and AC systems. They've been in business since before I started losing my hair at 17. It doesn't matter if you get David, Sam, or any of the others, they are the ones you want to call.

James Heating & A/C sent Sam to my home bright and early. He was very nice and fixed all of my problems. I have been with our air in 2 of my ducts for 7 years. They had been clogged potentially while the home was vacant. Sam came in and fixed the issue with no problem. Sam also addressed the issue with my air handler in the crawl space dripping. He checked my unit outside and changed my filters. All in a very reasonable price. Couldn’t be more pleased and the honesty of this company. Will reccomend them in the future.

My family enjoys working with James Heating and A/C. We have known them for over a decade. Their products are the highest quality and their service is fast, efficient and done right the first time. I had them install units in our old home. It was a huge challenge and required expertise and creativity. Not only did a 150 year old house get to experience climate control for the first time, but the price was affordable, the warranty for 10 years, and the routine service timely. ***Final Update; Sam and Austin came out and replaced our indoor unit. The roaring sound is gone and the unit keeps the indoor temperature to the setting.
**Update, David has come out and agrees that the motor is failing. A new motor is under parts only warranty. Will update again when/if the motor is installed.**
James Htg and A/C installed a mini-split by Lennox in our tiny house. The unit has NEVER worked properly and James refuses to honor the warranty and replace it. We have had them out on several occasions and they don’t understand how the unit works. They are installation only on mini-splits. Every time they come out they have a different excuse for why our unit makes an horrendous noise continuously. After having them do service calls on our unit for 3 years now they won’t even return our phone calls. If someone says they are going to use James Htg & A/C for your installation, do yourself a favor and request a different company.

James heating and air are real honest. I had to call a different company that came out on a Sunday because they weren’t open on weekends. They wanted to sell me a new system . when I could tell they weren’t honest.i called James heating and air . Sam knew exactly what it needed had it up and running in an hour with wiring only being replaced. Next time I will suffer through the weekend without ac. honesty and knowledge Sam has it . Thankful for all the help and not trying to spend more money on a unit that didn’t need to be replaced . Thank you Sam your are much appreciated.

I called James heating and air at 11:00 this morning. At 1:00 I received a call from a service technician. Sam and David were on their way to our house. They accessed the problem and started troubleshooting. Not only did they fix the problem, they also cleaned the air coils that were very, very dirty.
I highly recommend James Heating and Air for any A/C or Heating problems that you might have.

This company was recommended to me by the previous owners of this house over 10 years ago and I wouldn’t trust anyone else. I had another company offer me a free inspection of our systems. Electrical, plumbing, hvac. The company quoted thousands to clean the dust from the inside of the unit, ductwork, etc. I called James H&A and they came out. All was perfect and I didn’t need anything. You can trust these people!!! Thank you James Heating and Air for taking care of us for over 10 years!!

I needed a Lennox Thermostat replaced, and was given this businesses number by the Lennox company. I reached out on Monday, @11:50am. BUSINESS HOURS!! to what I thought was the wrong number because the woman only said "hello". I had to ask if it was James Heating and A/C. After I inquired, she proceeded to be rude in tone and rather condescending as if I did something wrong by confirming I had the right number. I asked if I could get information about the part I needed. She said " the person you need to speak to is not here, do you want to leave your number?" I said, " no, you guys are unprofessional and I will contact someone else."
If this is the manner you conduct business, you can keep that negativity to yourself. Karen should have answered as a professional business, not a personal phone. Is this a cell phone you write off as a business line?? Perhaps IRS needs to audit you. Because its personal, not business. These women with attitudes do not need to answer telephones. You will always turn away the opportunity to build rapport and a good respectable name. I will inform Lennox of your disrespect to not only your name, but theirs as well.

I can't even begin to put into words just how amazed I am with James Heating and A/C. I am a new customer and I will remain one forever. It took less than 2 hrs from the time I called this morning to the time they came out and fixed everything. This was an easy fix for them but the speed of even coming out amazes me. I have never had any service act so fast. I highly recommend!

I simply cannot say enough good things about Star. My family have used them exclusively for years and they are very professional, courteous, and willing to go the extra mile. An example of this is when my A/C went out on a Friday and we had infants in the house. Outside temperature was in the 90's. They came out after hours, found the issue, repaired it, and had us back up and running. I will always choose them first when I need any HVAC work!

Awsome! My air went out on a Saturday. I called and left a message and was called back immediately. Jonathan came out the next morning and fixed it. He was super polite and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend them!

My Dad's heat went out when he woke up on a Saturday morning in January. He is 82. He called numerous places we had used before, nobody answered or wouldn't help. Star came out, got his heat back on and wouldn't even take extra bonus money for coming out so quickly. They were quick, efficient, honest and super reasonably priced. Will use them again.

We have used Star Heating and Air twice, the first time the owner came out, and the second time Kyle came to our house. Both gentlemen are extremely well mannered and friendly. They are fairly priced in everything they have done for us and honest. They did not try to sell us on anything and answered all the questions we had. You could not ask for a better experience. This is now the only company we will use for heating and air.
