Due to the negligent treatment of my home, I rate this company a one star should be a 0 star. This company came to my home through my home warranty for a plumbing issue. In one visit, they managed to brake my shower door ($150 fee on me and did not even respond to my email to fix it). The plumber, Travis who arrived used my personal plunger, which is not even a professional grade tool. Additionally, he was late for our schedule appointment; I had to call to inquire about his whereabouts. The appointment was set for 7:00am to 11:00am, but he did not arrive until 2:27pm. He attempted to plunge a bit but did not assess the water pressure. Furthermore, he left a mess for me to clean up. He also ruined my other shower. I had to pay additional $200 for a hotel for my tenants to stay because he left my place worse off when he came. I ended up using Total Plumbing and they fixed the issue by unclogging the shower with proper equipment, only in 10 minutes, and didn't leave me with a $350 bill to cover. Do not use this company.

My water heater was replaced. Jayden and Brandon came early in the morning. I got a phone call that alerted me to their arrival and they arrived on time. They were very professional. I would highly recommend this company for the prompt and professional attention that I got. Thank you Arthur Simrel for sending your finest.

Jayden and his associate were there on time and in the rain. My water pressure was very low and he had my water back up and running in less than an hour. I would recommend Simrel plumbing to anybody. They were honest and efficient in all aspects of the work they did at my home. They didn't leave any mess or garbage behind which is very appreciated. Will definitely work with them again.

Worst business experience we have ever had. No call backs. Lady at office said guys came by but I was home all that day plus have cameras and no one ever came like they said. Plus plumber was here for 3 hours to do a 1 hour job. Afterwards noticed water leak from drain called back and they said they would send someone no one ever came. Me and son had to replace the drain they had installed to fix the problem. I would highly recommend going to another plumbing company.

Had a small hot water line leak under my house called and Mr. Arthur showed up very quickly this morning and got me fixed super fast!!! Highly recommend best in the Lexington NC area!!

Jayden and Ashton did a fantastic job replacing my very old kitchen sink faucet. They were pleasant and worked so quickly. The replacement is just lovely and brings me into the current century!

1 1/2 Years Later And I’m Still Dealing With Issues!

This company came and worked on the waste line to my house, left the line exposed because I needed more drop on the line from my house, and tore up my driveway then left a big hole that I had to fill in with gravel. After complaining to the city, and the city called Mr. Simrel, he agreed to get my driveway repaved where he tore it up. This morning at 4:30 a.m., I’m outside trying to clear the same waste line that had backed up again into my house. I called the emergency utility at City of Lexington to have someone come out. A year and a half later, I’m still dealing with the fallout of the job Simrel did. I refuse to use his services unless I have no other choice when my home warranty company suggests this company for work. Even with the current situation I just worked on as the CoL service guys came out, I worked with them instead of Simrel plumbing. I’ve been told he cuts corners, but that’s what I heard.

Love giving wonderful reviews. And I would’ve loved to have given this company a chance, as they came recommended by someone I trust. However, I felt like the woman on the phone couldn’t be bothered. Almost as if I was inconveniencing her with my phone call. I did call first thing, so maybe she wasn’t awake yet? 🤷🏻‍♀️ Either way, I was taken back by the lack of customer service.

Simrel Plumbing assessed the situation, ordered the correct part. They came as soon as they could and fixed it very quickly. I was surprised when the doorbell rang and he said everything was good. We tried 3 companies before Simrel. The other plumbers pale in comparison to the professional knowledge and service at Simrel. Thank you so much for repairing our very complicated hot water heater!

Today Jayden did a fantastic job repairing my issue. Very professional, quick, and cleaned up everything before he left! They were prompt and called to let me know the time frame of their arrival. His apprentice was also extremely nice and I would definitely is this company again! AWESOME!!

I don't know if I have the words to tell you how wonderful Tonya has been . She has been so much help with getting our hot water heater fixed . They haven't installed it yet but I know if they have someone answering their phones like Tonya they all must really care about their customers. I will update date you on the installation of our hot water heater. Thank you again for your help.

I cant believe how good they are. they worked whole day to fix my plumbing issue (pipe broken in the roof) and they did a great job and even did things that are needed to avoid the future issues
