Wow where do I begin?!! These guys were the best in service a client could ask for. Very professional. They solved the clogged kitchen sink quickly and replaced the P-Trap as well. No mess left behind and they inspected the clean out for good flow.

Had a great experience! They replaced my shower valve and did an excellent job from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly so I knew exactly what was being done. They even installed an access panel for any future work, which I really appreciated. Super professional, fast, and reliable highly recommend!

I was helped by a nice gentleman named Jaiden who fixed a clogged up line that was effecting our toilets. He was prompt and efficient. He explained what was causing the issue and provided feedback as to how to avoid in the future. I appreciated their timeliness & attention to detail. Would recommend !

We had a great experience with these guys! Our washing machine on the second floor flooded the laundry room and leaked through the ceiling on the first floor. Our home warranty company sent a washing repair guy first who said it was not the washer but the plumbing. Jayden came out from Simrel Plumbing and ran several tests to determine that it actually was not a plumbing issue. Even though it was not his expertise, he talked me through several other options that ended up putting the pieces together and making sense( the washer door wasn’t shutting).I appreciate him going the extra mile. Instead of just brushing me off. They were very courteous and polite. I would highly recommend this company!

My home warranty sent this company out to fix a leak in my ceiling coming from the tub, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. They were so professional they even put plastic down to protect my floors and cleaned everything up before leaving. I was really nervous that the leak might’ve spread into the walls, but they took the time to explain what was going on and reassured me that everything would be okay. knowledgeable, respectful, and efficient. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about this plumbing company. Replacing my main sewer grinder pump was a difficult and complex job but they handled it with absolute professionalism from start to finish They clearly knew what they were doing, explained the process in a way I could understand, and took the time to calm my nerves when things felt overwhelming. The work was done thoroughly and correctly, and I never felt rushed or brushed off. If you’re dealing with a serious plumbing issue and want a team you can truly trust I highly recommend them.

They snaked out our main sewer line that was holding water quickly and professionally, then went the extra mile by doing a camera inspection to make sure everything was clear and working properly. They arrived on time, did great work and were very careful as the area was kind of tight where the work was being done. Very professional and friendly. Bj absolutely knows what he is doing. We had a leak in our upstairs hall bathroom that busted through our livingroom ceiling and traveled under are floorboards. We had a plumber come to our home from some local plumbing company and tell us there was no leak, which of course was impossible. We contacted the manager and a couple of days later she sent the Master technician out who stated the same nonsense. "You have no leak". Once Bj arrived, it didn't take long for him to figure out the source of the leak. I'm so thankful for his patience and skill. Somebody give that man a raise.

Came to house when contacted by USAA. They cleaned out roots from pipes and pump. Did nice job and did not damage yard.

I'm thankful these folks provided camera and jetting services - most plumbing companies tried to snake the blockage, but it did not last, nor did it reveal the nature of the problem. I've often used American Leak Detection for under-slab water leaks, and will use them for their water jetting for back ups in the future.
