What a joke I stopped be to purchase a kitchen faucet walk in no one even speaks to me for 10 min so I leave at 8:00am. Only customer in the store!!#????

I have spoken to this man a couple times over the phone, evening and in bad weather. He has helped me both times to help me fix my own plumbing issues. Saved me some money without him coming out.

Didn't deliver when they said they would. Had a crew here from Poland and a crew from PA.
Their excuse was they had no address on the order so therefore I couldn't possibly have wanted them to deliver, even though the first 10 minutes of our conversation was about delivery.
Lexington stone never answers and Greensboro has no idea who I am. A real dog and pony show. I am considering cloing a 25 year old account because the last three jobs, Ferguson has cost me $15,000.00 in delays. Need another supplier.

Called 4 times and left 2 messages and it’s been 2 weeks with no return call. They came highly recommended, so I was disappointed that I couldn’t use a local company to fix what I needed done.

Unbelievably satisfied with these people. We had an emergency that left us with no running water and this guy squeezed us into his maxed out schedule. Thanks to him I now have running water to clean my babies bottles. He came out when everyone else said they were too busy. Not to mention he even fixed a broken spigot that he noticed wasn’t working. He did a great job and I’m happy I went with Miller
