The American Leak Detector services performed an outstanding job promptly locating and repairing my pool pipe leak. Heather took my information, scheduled a service representative quickly and efficiently, and informed me when the representative would arrive. B. J. performed an excellent job of locating the leak. Additionally, B. J. provided pictures of the leak for my files. Derek was knowledgeable, efficient, and customer-friendly in expanding what was needed to repair the leak and provided photos of the repaired leak. Derek and Wib extensively searched for the pipe part required to repair my leak. These employees were customer-friendly and knowledgeable in their fields of expertise.
I recommend American Leak Detector to customers needing assistance with leaks within their home or business settings.

BJ was awesome! It took less than an hour for him to find and mark the issue. The company is a bit pricey, and I was not thrilled that they have a 4% upcharge for credit cards, but the service was great.

I had a water leak in my home and it caused my water bill to go up to $600. I had 2 different plumbers to come out and they couldn’t find the leak anywhere. I reached out to American Leak Detection and they were able to find the leak. It was hidden underneath the concrete slab in my basement. They sent Brandon out to do the repairs. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained everything to me in a way that I was able to understand. If you have a hidden water leak you should reach out to them. They can find the leak and fix it. I give 5 stars.

Everyone whom I dealt with, the tech on site and the owner were extremely polite and professional. They were able to detect the leak in our yard relatively quickly. I feel like the price is EXCESSIVE, Even the plumber was more reasonable. They are up front about the leak detection cost, probably because they already know it's hefty.

My issue is being billed the SAME amount for a second follow up visit that likely involved about 15-20 mins of effort to confirm that the meter was no longer running.

Only my son was home at the time. Because they insisted on immediate payment, my husband promised to mail a check and did so ASAP.

The plumber was irritated that we had been billed the full amount, because he had referred them to us. When the check wasn't cashed right away we had hoped the plumber had some influence. Nope. They cashed it! We paid $550 twice.

The owner did call promptly after I emailed and compromised with a $300 refund. I would like to bill him for the time it took for me to explain my issue, talk it through on the phone and post this review. I doubt many do much research when they are stuck with a leak. But.. I can hope! Hope this helps everyone involved by clarifying what to expect.

I had a plumbing emergency . After speaking with Heather at American Leak Detectors, she was able to send someone out promptly. Hib was my technician. He was prompt, friendly and efficient. I felt the cost was reasonable. Overall, a good experience.

Great experience! The appointment was easy to schedule, technician arrived in time and was very friendly, and I felt like they gave me a fair price for the leak detection price. I hopefully will never need to do this again, but American Leak Detection is clearly the leader for the job in the triad!

Quick response time and great communication with us and the insurance company. The inspector was professional, informative and thorough. Bottom line is the leak was found and is being addressed without unnecessary demolition or repairs.

WOW!!! What a great company. I am in the middle of having my concrete in ground pool completely remodeled. I needed to get the skimmer, main drain and all the returns pressure tested before they begin the final build out.
I called American Leak Detection at 10:00 Friday morning and left a message. Heather called me back at 10:20 AM. I explained what I needed and that I was going to be out of town next week and wanted to know if there was anyway they could come out tomorrow (Saturday). She said let me make a couple of calls and I will see if we can get out there TODAY at noon!!! She called back at 10:47 AM said it was all good to go for Noon.
Brandon was the service tech who came out and did the pressure test for me. He arrived early, was professional, courteous, very knowledgeable and took the time to explain to me what he was doing. He even gave me some suggestions about the new plumbing I will be putting in.
American Leak Detection was FANTASTIC to work with. What an incredible company and crew. I would HIGHLY recommend them if you have any leak detection needs. Super responsive and did an amazing job.

Amazing experience with this company. Friendly service with a 2 hour window that was met earlier but communicated this in advance. BJ was friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything before leaving. A follow up call was received shortly after to inquire how things went and if any further assistance was needed. I would highly recommend them for any leak detection or plumbing needs you may have.

5 star service. Technician was on time, polite, and super helpful found my leak in 20-30 minutes and had it patched up and ready to go. Tested the plumbing and found no issues. And explained to me what he was doing with every test. Couldn’t ask for better service.

Someone recommended me here. I spoke with Ken first and found out he had retired. He was very helpful and nice. He told me to call the office and they would take care of me. I called and spoke with Heather. She was very helpful and knowledgeable of the work the technician would do when they arrived. When Brandon arrived he was very friendly and helpful. He let me explain my problems and he brought his tools in and started working. He took his time and checked everything upstairs and downstairs. He was very professional and knowledgeable of his job. I would recommend this place if you even think you have a leak.

The works did a great job. They were friendly and funny. They let me know what they were doing and how long it may take. They cleaned up behind themselves. If anyone i know need work done i will tell them about your company
