Jaden was really kind, professional, knowledgeable, and made me aware of the problem step by step as he fixed it. He did a really great job.

I’ve had this plumbing company come out to my home for 2 different issues and loved their service. Not only are they friendly and honest but they always come out as soon as they can. I never have to wait a long time for my appointment and feel very comfortable with them working in my home which is rare. The prices are very affordable in today’s economy. I will refer them to anybody who is having a plumbing issue you won’t be disappointed. Thank you to Simrel Plumbing and I’ll be calling you guys for all plumbing issues from now on!

They are contractored to Choice Home Warranty. They installed a toilet in my home and toilet lid does not fit. Contacted them several times and they refused to call back. They were also assigned today, 8/6 to fix faucets. They said they would be at house 1 hr. A no show & i know its because they realized it was the house toilet installed with wrong lid. Horrible, horrible way to do business. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

My gas water heater went out and the chaos I had to go through between the warranty company and 3 other contractors almost took me out. A friend recommended Simrel's Plumbing because they quickly responded and fixed her water heater issue. I called, the owner responded immediately, very nice, solution oriented and he had a technician at the house first thing the next morning. The technician was great. He came in handled his business and gave me a full debrief on the things I needed to know. I received quotes from 3 plumbers that were ridiculously over priced. Simrel's is fair, considerate, compassionate, skilled and knowledgeable. Mr. Arthur was a man of his word and his biggest concern was, Ms. Phyllis how many days have you been without hot water. I responded, 8 days. At that point he owned the responsibility to get me up and running in less than 24 hours after speaking with him. Saved me a ton!!! Not only financially but peace of mind. My Forever Plumber!!! Thank you with all of my heart! You went above and beyond. Mr. Arthur, you was very accurate about your Technician Jaden, he was great!! Very impressed!! Thank you!!

Absolutely fabulous service! Just purchase a new to us home and the plumbing was one of the items to address. The main pipe failed in the basement and a neighbor recommended Simrel. Within a few days they not only fixed the issue, they installed new PRV and ball shut off valve. All at a reasonable rate.

Terrible experience. Was assigned Simrel Plumbing by my home warranty company. It's been over 3 weeks since they first came out and nothing has been resolved. They are unprofessional and a pain to deal with. Based on other reviews, seems to be a common experience..

Very disappointed with the service. The team came yesterday to do a job, but ended up leaving a permanent scratch on my brand-new toilet commode. This is completely unacceptable for a new installation. Instead of taking responsibility, no solution was provided on the spot. I expect a professional company to either repair the damage to its original condition or replace the unit entirely. If you value your property and want quality workmanship, I suggest being extremely cautious. I have shared the personalized email, if you care your customer, do revert and provide the solution.
