The folks with Freedle Plumbing (now Transou Plumbing) were very friendly, professional, and quick to respond to us in our time of need. And thankfully they didn’t hit us hard with exorbitant costs to handle things. And we LOVED their tech Irash! He was friendly, professional, and informative in every step of the process. We will definitely do business with them in the future and recommend them to friends and family.

Freedle plumbing was great and did a wonderful job. They are now my new plumbers. All staff were very nice and Seth did a awesome job with our new hot water heater. I'm very pleased. Vee

Service was top notch & I was glad to get an appointment the same week (my leaky faucet wasn’t an emergency). Jacob was professional and courteous. Price was more than I was expecting, but I doubt that it is any higher than any other plumber would charge. It’s all so crazy expensive!!! Overall, it was a good experience.

Speedy service, reasonable prices, and the technician, Seth, that came out to our house was personable, polite, and professional. Would use this company again just because of our experience with him!

Company came immediately same day and offered multiple ways to complete the job for removing bad cast iron pipes. Sewer filled up in bathtub and caused toilet to bubble, our main lines were completely clogged with rust and debris. Tori and Landon were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We are completely blessed by having them come out. They removed a toilet, cleaned out 25 feet of pipe, cut the cast iron out, replaced the drain pipes, made a new access drain for us. Ran cameras so that we could see the entire pipe line and angered the pipes out, flushing the debris away and re-installed the toile. They are now our go to plumbing company. The day before Thanksgiving day, I found that I had a water leak somewhere either in the wall or in the crawlspace of my house. I called Transou’s to see if they could help me with it and left them a message, on Friday after Thanksgiving they called me back and the ladies in the office were so courteous and so nice to handle my problem. Their repair plumber Mike came out and was so nice too and got my problem solved in same day. I highly recommend that you call them for any plumbing problems at all.

I recently experienced a water leak in the crawl space. I called Transou and that had someone come out promptly. The source of the problem was found quickly and the polite, and professional plumber remedy the problem on the spot. Very good experience with Transou!

I called Transou’s today to come and empty my uncle’s septic tank I thought no one would be working on a Saturday. They called me straight back and sent someone out and I cant remember his name but he was so amazing and very helpful to my uncle who is deaf. I would highly recommend them. I appreciate everything they did.

We just had a disposal installed, the service was great, Mike the technician was very professional and friendly. Communication witj the company went well they let me know exactly when they would be here and were on time, the price was reasonable and the job was done within an hour or so. I would highly recommend this company.

Communication was great! Daniel studied our issue and got a quote and time just short of 30 minutes. Right back out and done. I have “t”s off inground water lines and aggravates to no end keeping them dry. The cost and service offset and their service is definitely their best salesman. And such a clean looking finished repair

Called Transou's Plumbing & Septic needing my septic tank pumped out! They gave me a good price over the phone and when they came out they were very professional and very knowledgeable on what needed to be done! Told me what I can do in the future but I’ll definitely be using Transou's Plumbing & Septic again!!

Brandon and his crew made quick work of my septic repair. Their clear communication and willingness to answer any questions throughout the process provided me with the assurance that I chose the right team for the job. Additionally, being provided with system care recommendations was a major plus to help avoid any future mishaps.

The crew, consisting of Jake and John, came promptly and were very friendly.They went under the house to find the bad pipe and took picture to show me what they were looking at. They quoted me a price and went to work as soon as I agreed to the price. The were polite and respectful and did a great job. Excellent employees I'm glad I called your business and I will call them again if I have a problem.

Arrived early with excavator in tow located the septic tank clean out plug .proceeded with caution did not have to use any equipment but a hand shovel. Very neat so when the pump truck arrived everything was all set. When the truck arrived ALL options were described in detail. When job was done with the exception of a 2ft x 2ft square was all that had been disturbed. HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL Would recommend without any reservations!

The guy called me to let me know they were on the way to do the septic tank inspection. They waited on me the meet them. They answered all my questions and took the time to explain the basics of a septic tank. He explained how to clean the filter and actually pulled ir out so I could see it. He also took the time to show me an old well in the yard and where a missing sump pump should be.
It was cold, drizzling rain and muddy but
he still took the time to explain this stuff to me. This company is reasonable in pricing and SHOWED UP ON TIME. I would recommend this company to anyone. The were very polite and courteous. Thank you for your excellent service.

They responded quickly; were courteous & professional. I requested that if possible would they make the "outside under ground pipe line repair" WITHOUT digging or tearing up my yard; they did as requested! I was quoted 7-8 hours (if excavation was required) but they completed the work in less than 4 hours and left my yard 95% in tact with only some small places at the water meter and the edge of my foundation. However, he price was more than I anticipated, but, everything costs more now-a-days... it is 2026 after all!

Goose and George done a great job at locating septic tank door in notice. They were very professional and let me know what we needed to do in the future with our system. Can’t remember the pump driver name but he was great also! Will recommend Transou in the future! Great job guys!!
