Everything went great! Friendly voice on the phone when I set up the appointment. After that they did all the rest. From calling 3 different departments like 811, to come and mark lines for all power, water,gas, and phone lines that lead to the house.

To me those people just about wasted their time, because they worked on the front-right side of my house, and where Transou had to dig to find septic cleanout was back-left side.

Everything went smooth day of septic cleanout. Guys doing the digging texted and called saying they were on the way. Friendly guys in person. They kept the dirt in a pile, not just thrown everywhere. After they left, about an hour or so later the clean out crew arrived with the big truck.

Super nice guys as well. Working in hot humid conditions. I had a problem that my septic lids had sunk under the lip of the tank and it was impossible to get these out without breaking. They tried everything they knew, and even called the boss for any tricks they haven`t tried. I ended up running to a concrete place 10 miles from me and getting 2 new ones. Old ones had to be chipped away to get any bite on them to remove. I was ok with that since the tank had not been cleaned in the 14 years I have lived here. You should have seen one guy. He even bent the 1 1/2-2" pole he was working with to get the lids removed.

Guys were finishing up when I returned with new lids. They even took them off of my truck. Showed me the filter they had to clean. WHO THE HECK KNEW THERE WAS A FILTER! Not me. Holes were back filled nice an level. Cleaned up their hoses and tools. Even took my old septic tank lids so I didn`t have to figure out what I was going to do with them.

I COMPLETELY recommend Transou Plumbing and Septic to anyone needing the job done right. They have also been here to do a little plumbing repair for me a year ago.

Long story short: Had a leaking water line in my basement. Torey was very professional and thorough and took his time and made sure was everything was good before he left. Also the lady at the office (Sydney) was very courteous and professional as well. Very reasonable on pricing and will call them first in the future.

We got a septic inspection and pump. Having a deadline coming up Transou was able to work with us and get out there promptly and was very responsive. Shout out to Megan that provided a great deal of help explaining and going over the report. If you need a question answered ask for her. Every call you are greeted with a pleasant hello. I come from a customer service industry so it’s good to see a company make the experience a great one. Keep up the great work and thank you.

Great, efficient service. Blake was great to explain findings and options. Prompt response and service (even before original quoted date of expected service!) Not insistent about doing unneeded /unwanted services. Reasonable prices. Very friendly dispatcher and plumber (Blake).

Office mgr / customer service was extremely helpful and polite. Blake and Cory were professional and clearly explained the issue before starting any work. The pricing was transparent with no hidden fees, and the repair was completed quickly and efficiently. I’ll definitely be using them for all my future plumbing needs!

I highly recommend this company, they were amazing! I needed the shut off valve under my kitchen sink replaced asap due to the steady leak coming from it and they were able to come out the same day i called and went ahead took care of both the valves for me. The gentleman who came out was super nice and had the job done in less than 30 mins with no issues. I WILL be using them again for all my plumbing needs!!

Tory and his sidekick are very sweet and professional! They did a great job and I have before and after pictures to prove it! I would recommend to anybody that needs your services! 100% satisfied!!! 😀

Under American home shield faucets are covered they didn't even take a second look and told me that they would not replace the faucets and left they were only here for 36 seconds the worst company I've ever dealt with I will never deal with them again I'm also contacting the better Business bureau and attendant refuse to give me his name

He was prompt to answer my phone call, gather relevant information ahead of time, and come out right away to address our issue. He fixed the problem at a fair price. This company was sent out for our American Home Shield warranty and did absolutely nothing. The guy was in and out within 5 minutes. We showed him leaky faucets, toilets that don’t really flush, a leaky water spigot on this house we’ve owned for maybe 1 month. He said, yeah we can fix this, I’ll submit it to the warranty company and get you covered - instead told them everything was pre-existing (duh we just bought the house) and cancelled our ticket without even talking to us. I don’t appreciate people who do business that way. He got paid $120+ to do absolutely nothing and leave us waiting around.

Nathan and Hunter installed a new Ecobee thermostat in my home. They found some wiring issues and fixed them on the spot. They kept me informed on what was happening the whole time.
They also noticed that my vents had insulation in them and checked the crawl space and realized my ducts were needing to be replaced. I would have never known if they hadn’t said anything. Great service!!!

WOW! JJ (Jacob) and Jeff along with a gentleman's name Dr. Cummings did not capture were all professional, experienced and the "best" example of who you want in your home. Dr. Cummings joined a meeting shortly after they left his home and gave ravaging and HIGH reviews of the great work they did at his home. Drew was on time and found the cause of the leak quickly. He had to get parts and come back the next morning (No fault of his.) Drew changed out the bladder tank and some piping and the job was completed very quickly. Thank you Drew for a great job.
