The Paragon team completely transformed our backyard into the retreat we wanted! Jason was outstanding, very knowledgeable, and was prompt with communications back and forth. There were a few changes mid-project that were handled seamlessly. Plant selection and quality were A+. Every member of their team treated us and our property with professionalism, respect and were so friendly! Brian needs a particular shout-out due to going far beyond the extra mile to problem solve the installation of a firebowl we ordered.
During our initial planning stage, we asked quite a few neighbors who they used for their landscape projects, and surprisingly, not a single one said they could whole-heartedly recommend the one they used. In striking contrast, we can recommend the Paragon team without hesitation.

I had a wonderful experience with Paragon Landscape Management. I worked with Jason to completely redo the landscaping on the front of my house. When he came to my house for the initial consult we talked through plants I wanted, and did not want. I appreciated having a professional plan drawn up to be able to visualize all of the plants and their arrangement. I was very pleased with the first draft, but requested that some additional changes be made. After a few rounds of plans we finalized the plan and the plants were installed within a few weeks. I could not be happier with the results. My yard looks amazing! Each plant is guaranteed for 1 year and they were very quick to replace a few plants that did not survive the harsh summer. I plan to work with them on a project in my back yard as well.

Paragon did a fantastic job on our backyard redo and whole yard irrigation installation. Every member of the Paragon team has been kind, professional, creative, and they clearly care deeply about their work. We were so impressed with their attention to detail and excellent communication. They have been patient and accommodating with many back and forth messages and questions, answering each one with care and promptness every time. A highlight of our redo would be our outdoor fireplace. The hardscape work was meticulously done and turned out beautifully. We have been so happy with their work, we signed up for a service agreement for regular maintenance. We would recommend Paragon to anyone!

Jason Birch and the ENTIRE team at Paragon transformed our backyard! We had an outdoor kitchen, landscape lighting, and all new landscaping installed in our backyard and it is breathtaking! We could not be more THRILLED with the quality and customer service we received throughout the entire project. W have been saving for quite a while to accomplish this vision and are so happy we trusted Jason and Paragon with our investment!

Do not recommend. We didn’t shop around which was our fault but they were extremely overpriced to redo a basic landscape bed. The workers moved extremely slow and it took them a full day to do something that should’ve taken 3 hours max. Not to mention, it was so hard to get a hold of the sales rep. Will never use them again for landscaping-can’t speak to their hardscaping since that is not the service we used.

Paragon does a great job with weekly maintenance and is great to work with. The guys are prompt and quickly work through the yard work causing minimal disruption. We are planning to use them on larger projects too including a re-design of a portion of our yard. Highly recommend using this group!

I had a great experience with Jason and his crew. I was likely a smaller job for Paragon but Jason was very communicative. He even worked with my very slow moving HOA board. I was very excited for my new patio and expectations were exceeded. I think they were even able to resolve a drainage issue that a previous company could not fix.

Had a pool installed on lake norman Peninsula. Property basically destroyed. Grass.irrigation some lighting. Johnny came out for estimate. Was only gonna use him for sod. As we walked the property we both realized Paragon most qualified for entire project. These guys live for projects like this. Professional, fairly priced. Keep in mind 100 degree temperatures

Paragon fixed and restored an old irrigation system to perfection. A couple challenging pipes broker underground and they went above and beyond to make sure the job was done. Highly recommended

The owner Johnny and his team do exceptional work. They went above and beyond to ensure my irrigation and sod installation went perfectly. They were extremely professional even after the project was delayed by weeks and they’re still following up weeks after the project was completed.

Paragon did an awesome job creating our outdoor space – patio area, fire pit and seating wall. Their attention to detail was amazing. The quality of their craftmanship was outstanding. We couldn’t be more pleased. We’ve already received a lot of compliments from friends and family. The cost was reasonable considering the quality of their work. The final cost did not increase from the initial quote. I highly recommend Paragon for your landscape/outdoor needs.

The experience with Paragon was nothing short of amazing. Jason, our designer, was attentive to our needs and always listened. He built our outdoor world around our lifestyle and was very supportive during the installation. The crews were polite, hardworking and always kept a clean jobsite. Paragon designed and installed a beautiful fire pit area and walkways to our backyard studio, repaired our insufficient irrigation system, planned and installed low-voltage lighting and designed and planted a new landscape. Something is always blooming, to my delight. They are top-notch!

In stages, I hired Paragon Landscaping to design and install plantings in my front and back yards. In addition, on a narrow, slopping side section of my home they helped with a recurring erosion problem. And their planting suggestions (dwarf Mondo Grass) along with soil and mulch has worked out fine so far.

I had offered some ideas such as Italian Cypress that I liked seeing while traveling in Italy.

I needed to cut down some trees that had to go. I am very happy with my yard finally completed. And, I can say that I have a yard that was professionally designed and installed. The workers were always pleasant and cooperative. Jonathan made sure I was satisfied.

We recently had our fence line cleared, yard leveled and brick pavers installed by Paragon Landscape Management, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. The crew was professional, punctual, and highly skilled. They took the time to understand our vision, offered helpful suggestions, and delivered results that exceeded our expectations. For example, we mentioned that the area behind our garage frequently got muddy but we weren't ready to commit to installing sod in the area. They suggested mulch and it has worked so well these past few months and looks wonderful! Plus our dog rarely tracks mud into the house now.

They completed the project in three days and in crazy hot weather! We were very grateful.

Our project was overseen by Jack and Martin who were fantastic and communicated with us throughout. The workmanship is flawless, and the attention to detail shows in every corner of the space. Our outdoor area has been completely transformed, and we’ve already received so many compliments from neighbors and friends. The drains added also solved a ton of drainage issues for us and our neighbors. If you’re looking for a company that combines quality, efficiency, and excellent customer service, look no further. Highly recommend them for any landscaping or hardscaping needs!

Very average this season. I can tell they're trying but the details just aren't there yet. I really wish I was the first stop and not the last stop of the day. It makes a difference. This isn't a knock on any one person or crew, just how the lawn and yard were taken care of the whole season.

My expectations are: that my lawn thrives, the plants that spring up that shouldn't be there are removed, the plants and trees that do belong are well taken care of/trimmed, and if I need to do anything that I'm not doing they let me know what they see/think so I can do what I need to do.

I would pay a lot of money for that kind of attention to detail/skill.

Very impressed with Chris from Signature. My builders had left my backyard a mess. Chris came over and added top soil and a good quality grass seed. He also set up a sprinkler system. The following day we had heavy rainfall which washed away a lot of the seed. Within two days, Chris sent a crew out to seed again at no additional cost. I also had some problems with the sprinkler system not working correctly and when I notified Chris he came back again, replaced faulty parts and got it working and once again at no additional cost to me. I feel confident that I have Signature as my back up if I experience future problems. Also, I will not hesitate to go to them for any future landscaping needs.

Kind and professional organization, they offered prompt same-day service and was very helpful! Communication was top notch.
